I decided to check out this thread and made the mistake of looking at the pics. Why did his man parts look so dark red? I've never seen any exes or man looking like that. What the heck was wrong or is that normal?

I'm not a fan of unnecessary theatrics, but maybe it's necessary in this day and age. Think of the top 2 "slam-dunk" Prosecution cases, in your opinion, that the Defense ended up winning. IMO, it would be the OJ and CA trials (DNA evidence was still new in the OJ case, but anyway...). In both of those trials, a healthy dose of "a*hole" was the main course for the winning team of attorneys.

Ya gotta keep the jury paying attention to the strong points. You don't want their eyes glazing over and IMO most jurors are not the brightest bulbs in the box.

If they looked for people that knew nothing if the case, IMO they're already no concerned enough to know what goes on in their own community.

It's probably just a side-effect of the lighting and a less-than-professional cameraperson.

But you don't engage in what borders on misconduct. The defense was absolutely right in objecting, and the points were valid. It's such a clear-cut case; don't jeopardize anything by doing stupid stuff like that. She's clearly as guilty as sin, but she still deserves a fair trial before a jury of her peers. The prosecution doesn't need to get overly arrogant/confident and reckless and wind up doing something silly that could potentially cost them the trial.

While the VaJayJay pictures are like the proverbial "train-wreck" that you are compelled to see, (and by that, I mean that it looks like a train wrecked into her VaJayJay), I am most compelled by the interview video with JA and Det. Flores. It is fascinating hearing him question her, when we know now what he knew then.

From what I have heard, and I may be wrong, she changed her story to the 2 intruders story shortly after a break in questioning, and that was videoed as well. If so, I'm guessing that is what might follow tomorrow.

since he's flaccid, guessing he just got done or maybe he was taking vascular enhancement drugs that hadn't had their full effect yet. I'm thinking the former. That said, agree, I've never seen that much contrast b/w the the rest of the body and the penis other than in the act...maybe. Weird!
