Wow..what a day for the prosecution. They've all been good for the pros, but IMO today was very good indeed. Thanks to everyone who created such good posts throughout the day. That interview with Det. Flores was incredible.

I haven't read the entire thread yet, but still can't find that interview with det. flores anywhere.

it seems all the you tube posters didn't get a complete video.

camera was found in the washing machine but he was able to turn it on.. the button to take pictures was loose

Probably from that last shot, falling on the floor.

Witness says the date + Time stamp was stored as each picture was taken.

So to me, that means that LE pretty much has exact day+time of his murder from those pics.

I am not sure if its been previously discussed about how Jodi forgot about the camera being left there. Maybe she didnt expect those extra pics to be taken accidentaly and didnt care about the camera OR maybe she threw the camera in the washing machine hoping and thinking it would destroy all the pics.

It seems it was a critical mistake she made to leave the camera there. So glad she didnt take the camera with her when she left. She obviously took and got rid of gun since I dont think it has been found.

bbm

Also, my theory from the beginning on the camera? She deleted the pics then didn't really care what happened to the camera. But somehow I think it got wrapped up in the sheets/etc during the cleanup when she threw everything in the washing machine. I don't think she knew the camera was in there. I think she deleted the pics and thought she was safe. I could be wrong, though. Just a thought. I mean, leaving it in there makes her look more guilty, kwim?

I'm way behind.
This has prob been answered.
I'm a nurse, but peds as well for the most part 19 years.

Some pain management too, 2 years at an out patient non-surgical center. I prepared patients and assisted the MD with
Cervical ,Lumbar Epidural Steroid Injections
Selective Nerve Root Injections, Facet Joint Injections
Lumbar Sympathetic Blocks, Medial Branch Blocks,
Brachial Plexus blocks etc...
As well as monitored them in post op.

OH AND the occasional blood patch... shiver...

IMO he was able to make it out of the shower to the sink, where he may have coughed up blood and spit then the reality of what was happening became immediately clear.
I think he tried to escape, but only made it as far as the hallway/carpeted area.
I believe is where he dropped. He never made it to his bedroom.

I would estimate from the time he was stabbed in the heart to falling unconcious was about 1 1/2 - 2 min??? MOO

Clearly he lived for a short time because there was blood spray all over the walls.

All over the walls in the hallway by only 12 inches off the ground... He crawled down that hall trying to escape while being stabbed. Poor guy.

I decided to check out this thread and made the mistake of looking at the pics. Why did his man parts look so dark red? I've never seen any exes or man looking like that. What the heck was wrong or is that normal?

Maybe it's the camera's fault.

Or it was recently used?

I think she started to delete them, those 5 steps to delete each one got old, so she tossed it in the washer.

This laptop isn't letting me add a picture, sorry. If you google images "wooden rock candy sticks", I'm referring to the round end.

Have to add: with all this v critique, I mean we all probably think things are a bit weird looking down there sometimes, when you get out a mirror out! No one can define a normal v. But I do know that Jodi does not have a normal looking situation in those photos. Rough sex is to blame, maybe, who knows. She's clearly in control and proud enough to show her bits off for the camera.

I've said this before, but I feel that both sides of attorneys are doing well with what they have been given.

DA should NOT feel comfortable with a "slam-dunk" case. History has proven otherwise. He is covering all bases, with any needed theatrics (minimal so far), to insure that the state's "slam-dunk" case passes thru the net.

DT has to work with what they have been given. They have a responsibility to defend their monster...uh...I mean client, by trying everything in their power to save her life. She damaged her case 29 times, and then shot it, before these defense attorneys had their chance to spin it. They are doing well with what they have.

IMO, as things are playing out so far, self-defense is over. Now, premeditation is key, and that is more difficult to prove, but TOTALLY reasonable IMO, in this case. And if premeditation is proven beyond reasonable doubt, then the DP is likely due to the unusually cruel nature of this crime. That is, if the jury is going by the letter of the law, so to speak.

Premeditiation could hinge on the gun "theft" a week prior, hair color change a day prior, hinky travel plans, possible purchase of KY jelly at CVS in Pasadena or Monterrey, car rental, etc.

I have seen thousands of them. I do maternal and women's nursing. I have a lot to compare hers to.

This has become a three ring circus.

I agree, based on what other have said. I missed it all though... which is probably good and bad (just wish I hadn't clicked on some of the links.)

But I don't think the circus comment above deserved the response it got - heck, you all have actually described virtual chaos: pics inadvertently being showed (if my kids had seen them accidentally, I'd be pi$$ed), the camera being dropped, etc.

:truce:

I'm no prude... I wouldn't have photos of me taken like that ever... Not judging... But that isn't some shy girl coaxed and manipulated into doing that.

And finally, my last comment for the 'catch up reading' I did:

I am not an expert by any means and can only go by my own personal experience with my ex. First, he was extremely handsome......all the women sighed when he just walked into a room. He had been married once before he married me. He was not jealous or obsessed with her whatsoever.

Even before we married I knew he was extremely jealous but I was a young woman and at the time was very flattered. When we married he continued to worsen. He had timed how long it would take me to get home from work. (17 minutes doing the speed limit.) If I had to stay late and write a letter for my boss and was late even by 5 minutes he was already sitting on the front porch waiting and I knew it was going to be hell to pay. :(

He would rage and falsely accuse me of having an affair and I never once wanted another man. Finally after years of violent esculating abuse I left him then divorced him around a year later.

He remarried.......he doesnt give a flying flip what his present wife does or goes.

Go figure. I never figured it out either. All I know is I never gave him one reason to be so obsessively jealous.

IMO

Same thing with my dad. He was hell with my mom. If a meal wasn't on the table, oh wow... Wouldn't let her wear make-up, accused her of going after other men (which is really a crazy thought, really), treated her like crap, hid her car keys so she couldn't go anywhere, etc. He left her, then remarried. He is nothing like that with this new wife - from what I can tell, she bosses him around. Which to me is mindblowing!

I think it often has to do with the dynamics between two people and not individual personalities in a vacuum...

Thanks for sharing, OBE.

She could multi delete or format, the five step process really is nothing, people do them automatically just like flipping through screens on an iPhone To call someone on an iPhone could be described as a five step process, hit home button, hit phone, go to contacts, select contact, hit number but yet is done quickly and effortlessly.
Where it becomes really stupid is removing the card only takes one step and a split second and then she has her trophy pics.
