If she is going to change the time stamp then why not do it for April?

It is my understanding that either the card or the camera (not sure which) has an internal system which does a time stamp somehow on pictures. It is a separate system from the consumer application on the camera allowing you to se date/time. The user is totally unable to alter that internal setting. IMO, this is the date/time which is probably seen on the forensically recovered/deleted photos.

If the photos were deleted on the camera found in the washing machine, how can they be retrieved?

When a pic is taken, or a file created, the system gives that pic or file a name/number so that when you want to refer to it, the pic can be found. It's like a house having a house number. Those file or pic names go on a list called a "Directory." When you want to see a pic, the system knows where it is by looking at the directory. The system will usually let you see that directory as well so that you can go to the specific pic or file & select it.

When you delete a file or a pic, the system simply erases the file or pic name. That way, when you try to refer to it, it cannot be found. So when the special software is used, it allows the user to just simply look at what's really there.

Good morning. I'm a brand new member but have been reading all the threads about this trial. Couple of quick comments:

1. I find psychopaths so incredibly fascinating because of how different they are from real people.

2. I don't believe anything Jodi has said about her relationship with Travis or their sex lives or his jealousy or anything else.

3. Based on what we've seen of evidence and heard from credible individuals, I don't think there was anything particularly lurid or deviant or even unusual about the sexual relationship -- Travis was rather innocent and inexperienced; whatever experience he gained, he learned from Jodi. He gave in to temptation, just like we all do at times.

4. I have not come up with a good theory yet for how exactly the brutality was carried out or what triggered it 45 seconds after the last shower photo. But that last face shot of Travis looks like he is scared and upset, and his body posture in the next 2 photos suggests the same. Wondering if Jodi had him at gunpoint in those moments and/or was threatening to expose the nude photos to his church and job

There's a massive difference between saying they had no evidence against CA and saying you can't compare the two felons.
