if you need to be there at 9h30 you MUST be there unless you are dying in the hall or something bad..this is ridiculous..tho the judge..i would not mess with her..she looks so mean

OK... last few pics:
5:29:20 - Infamous shower pic - referred to as last photo taken of Travis. He was sitting in the shower for some reason. I don't think he realized the entire time that she was photographing him. He may not have even realized that she was still in his home. So she took the close-up photo and it's obvious he sees her there. He is sitting in that photo. He is looking straight at the camera. I don't know what emotion I am seeing because I didn't know Travis personally. Disgust? Anger? Confusion?
It is not a "smoldering eyes" photo. He would have done something else with his hands or body for that. In the photos I have seen of him with his friends, he is very animated. Perhaps he realized that she was still in his home at that moment.

5:30:30 - TA shower pic sitting. This photo appears to be an "accidental photo". This was taken a whole minute later than the close-up shot. He stayed seated after that last photo was taken and he knew she was there, or maybe she had already stabbed him. There is something near his bottom. I don't know if it is his scrotum, or if it is a pool of blood.

5:32:16 - dragging photo. 2 minutes later. Dragging him out of the shower, perhaps?

Anyone else's thoughts?

I was thinking that could have been the drain he was sitting on....

Yes, there is a photo of her wearing her hair that way on her My Space.

That doesn't mean she was "known" for wearing her hair like that.

The thing under his butt is the drain, imo.

There is a broader view of this pic, which shows his chest. There is no wound, and no blood. So IMO the attack occurred after the 5:30:30 (sitting in shower, no face shown) picture.

There exists at least one photo of her hair like that, at another time.

They just showed that photo on IS.

It was her photo on her MySpace page.

Vinnie said if the defense tries to make something out of it the Prosecutor will show this photo.

I think THAT photo has been removed because I've looked and can't seem to find it. I'm curious though because so many talked about how "rough" that one shot of Jodi made her look.

Travis' sister, Tanisha, and I believe one of his brothers, are both in the gallery. Tanisha's been there everyday but Travis has a lot of brothers and sisters who are all trying to be there as much as they can.

I haven't caught up with all of the threads from yesterday and this morning . . . and I missed the interrogation videos @ the end of the day from yesterday, so pardon if these thoughts has have already been discussed.

1) Re: the camera pictures taken while upside down . . . does anyone remember if there was a bathmat or a towel on the floor in the bathroom? I was thinking the flash portion of the camera (which stands up higher than the button) may have been on the tile and the button portion was sitting on a bathmat or towel - hence when pressure was placed on the camera it could snap a picture.

2) Is someone going to have a little "come to Jesus meeting" for the inadvertent showing of the pics yesterday?

3) I think someone was reviewing the portion of the Pros. Atty questioning the camera expert on the stand . . . as the pics were being shown to focus on the "time stamps" - one over the top of each other and the displayer's pen was pointing out certain pats of the picture that we heard testimony in court.

3) Where is Jodi's Dad?
