I think THAT photo has been removed because I've looked and can't seem to find it. I'm curious though because so many talked about how "rough" that one shot of Jodi made her look.

Someone posted a link to the youtube video of the live feed where it all went wrong, last night. The poster even mentioned the time when THE shot appears on the video. That's the only way I saw it. I would guess it was about 9:00 pm mountain time, if you want to look through the posts.

OK... last few pics:
5:29:20 - Infamous shower pic - referred to as last photo taken of Travis. He was sitting in the shower for some reason. I don't think he realized the entire time that she was photographing him. He may not have even realized that she was still in his home. So she took the close-up photo and it's obvious he sees her there. He is sitting in that photo. He is looking straight at the camera. I don't know what emotion I am seeing because I didn't know Travis personally. Disgust? Anger? Confusion?
It is not a "smoldering eyes" photo. He would have done something else with his hands or body for that. In the photos I have seen of him with his friends, he is very animated. Perhaps he realized that she was still in his home at that moment.

I am not sure about the time and date shown because look at this link and see the shots next to one another, third line down and the middle and right shot? One doesn't appear to be time stamped? How is that possible? You asked about that spot? That is the shower drain IMO.

5:30:30 - TA shower pic sitting. This photo appears to be an "accidental photo". This was taken a whole minute later than the close-up shot. He stayed seated after that last photo was taken and he knew she was there, or maybe she had already stabbed him. There is something near his bottom. I don't know if it is his scrotum, or if it is a pool of blood.

5:32:16 - dragging photo. 2 minutes later. Dragging him out of the shower, perhaps?

Anyone else's thoughts?

I don't know that I believe the time stamp on any of those photos. Look at the third row of photos in this link the second and third one. Do you see one doesn't appear to have any stamp? How is that possible?

Before this thread takes off with trial play-by-play, I wanted to add that I really don't know how this will be anything less than 1st degree. She planned this weeks if not months in advance. Stole the gun, rented a car, dyed her hair, turned off her cell phone, tried to establish an alibi with Ryan, etc - not to mention the stalking before.

I also think she used sex to calm him down after she showed up and surprised him at his home. Planned ahead of time on using the camera to get him vulnerable/posing. She had it all planned out. I do think now that that look for fear in his face in that last face photo may have been him being surprised by her - and she had brandished the handgun. He was forced to get in the bottom of the shower. I think the reason his head is not included in the last two photos is that she was having a hard time snapping photos and handling the gun, IMO.
