Rittgers: You all swore to sit on a jury that follows the law. So if you're in jury room and someone says Skylar should have testified, that is not proper to discuss that.

He's now explaining that she has a constitutional right not to take the stand. @wlwt #SkylarRichardson

RICHARDSON: Rittgers tells jurors that "it is not proper discussion" in jury room to say 'well, Skylar should have testified. She has 5th Amendment right to chose not to. @WCPO

Rittgers: One manipulative interrogation of #SkylarRichardson is enough. You see what prosecution did to doctors they brought in here to testify @Local12

RICHARDSON: Rittgers, "If someone says 'well Skylar took birth control or didn't get prenatal care,' remind that person of the jury instruction about 'live birth.'" Says that can't be a fact in determining this. @WCPO

RICHARDSON: Rittgers tells jurors "the state can't have it both ways ... Skylar gets the benefit of presumption of innocence, not the government." @WCPO

There were also 6 additional hours of that interrogation that we didn't get to see.
I found no evidence that the court reporters transcript (98 pages) for interview is incomplete, and no link in your post confirming 6 hours of video missing??

Two jurors nod as Rittgers says the State "can’t have it both ways"

– trust what Skylar says here but not what she says here....

Rittgers: They want you to think #SkylarRichardson is sinister, cold-blooded murderer. But then reacts genuinely when she goes back to the doctor. They can’t have it both ways @Local12

Skylar is not the victim! The baby girl is the Victim in this case! imo

RICHARDSON: Rittgers tells the jury "the prosecution can't have it both ways ... they say 'Trust that Skylar said the baby was kind of big ... but ignore the 17 times she said she didn't burn the baby.'" @WCPO

Rittgers now talks about his wife’s birthing experience...what he learned and observed and how it is different from Skylar's experience.

A juror nods as Rittgers reminds the jury and just because she was texting her mom and boyfriend happily, it “doesn’t mean she wasn’t grieving inside.”

Rittgers: The State spent two weeks proving #SkylarRichardson didn’t mourn the way they thought she should have mourned. She was texting people who didn’t know she was pregnant. Mom might have had a suspicion @Local12

That was not a good example Mr Rittgers. Goes to show Skylar should have had a Dr take car of her during her pregnancy and childbirth. jmo

Rittgers: Professor Hirsch told you the Reid Method produces true and false confessions. We know #SkylarRichardson is suggestible you heard from her teachers @Local12

RICHARDSON: Rittgers tells jurors that Alan Hirsch (professor) told them the Reid method of interrogation produces false confessions - and Dr. Bassman told them Skylar is vulnerable. @WCPO
