Knippen: Now they try to say baby was conceived at end of July. Both Brooke and Trey agree they didn’t have sex until the middle of August @Local12 #SkylarRichardson

Knippen: The only time Brooke was ever asked about what color the baby was... was when she said, "white, I think."

Knippen: This is what we're basing a stillbirth baby from? Are you kidding me? @wlwt #SkylarRichardson

Knippen: #SkylarRichardson says baby was "White, I think." That's what Dr. White based an opinion of stillbirth on? Really?" @Local12 #SkylarRichardson

Knippen: The only person who ever saw this child was Brooke. This is someone who watched 6 week old babies of all sizes and she said "she was kind of big." Brooke knows whether a baby is big or not. @wlwt #SkylarRichardson

Knippen: This is someone who's watched babies as young as 6 weeks. She's asked how big the baby is and she says "kind of big." The only person who's seen this child alive is #SkylarRichardson

RICHARDSON: On rebuttal, Knippen is trying to poke holes in stillbirth diagnosis - based in part of Skylar's description of baby was white. He points to interview where she follows it with "I don't remember." Knippen: "Really?!" @WCPO

Knippen: What better time to come clean than when her mom confronts her after receiving the email from Hilltop OBGYN saying she was pregnant and she didn’t tell her @Local12 #SkylarRichardson

Assuming it will occur to at least one juror that the email from Hilltop was sent to Skylar, not Kim. Kim had to have hacked into Skylar's email account to read it, then confronted Skylar with info she shouldn't have had access to or known.

And Skylar was expected to "come clean" after that? Sure.

Knippen: She’s the only person that ever saw this child. This is someone who worked in Child Watch. Skylar said:

“She was kind of Big.”

How could it be an extremely small IUGR baby?

Knippen: When you view the statements made by defendant and other facts we already know, there's no question her child was born alive. @wlwt #SkylarRichardson

On false confession claim: Hirsch said when you’re looking at a statement you evaluate it with the other circumstances of the crime. She looked for ways to get rid of her child. She disposed of her child in the backyard without telling anyone @Local12

RICHARDSON: Knippen tells jurors there's "no questions her child was born alive," based on what Skylar has said. @WCPO

Knippen: Even if expert says there was no trauma to bones, you can't say if a child drown, was suffocated. The obvious cause of death would be either of the two.

Richardson: #SkylarRichardson buried her so nobody would ever be able to run a test on that child. That was her purpose. So to come in here and suggest she should be rewarded for this is unbelievable @Local12

State: Knippen says there's no cause of death or scientific evidence because of the actions of the defendant. #SkylarRichardson @dayton247now

Knippen: If you're back there having discussions about cause of death, remember why you don't have that evidence, it's because of Miss Richardson. @wlwt #SkylarRichardson

Tears stream down the face of baby Annabelle’s paternal grandmother as she grabs a tissue - the State is describing how Skylar likely murdered the baby and then concealed the birth.

Knippen: I do believe she had an intense fear. I agree with that. She would engage in extreme behavior because of that stress. She was so fearful of her mom's disapproval of her. He stress level was through the roof @Local12 #SkylarRichardson
