Unreal!! But on the flip side her life as she knew it is over with. She will Always be remembered for this. That’s worse than jail imo.

Anyone know the sentencing range for abuse of a corpse in Ohio? tia

Verdicts are really difficult when you believe the jury got it wrong. Sorry for the many here who believe that right now.

The jury delivered the only verdicts that were possible if they followed the law, imo, whatever the truth of what happened.

I believe this was the right and only verdict. There simply wasn’t enough evidence to prove murder or manslaughter - and having listened to the evidence with an open mind, I came to the same conclusions as they jury.

What's the verdict? Sorry. I was working.

Not Guilty of Aggravated Murder
Not Guilty of Involuntary Manslaughter
Not Guilty of Child Endangerment
Guilty of Abuse of a Corpse

I'll bet she's so glad she waited until her daughter's flesh had time to decompose before she went back for more BC.

There you go kids... just play dumb and you can get away with anything. This is going to happen so much more now. So much for those safe spaces to drop your baby off to, just bury it in the backyard. And Mom is happy. Ugh. sickening.

More like " Hey Kids, Admit to the police that you might have killed her or hurt her/him a little and you too will be found not guilty like Skylar Richardson".

Not Guilty on All major charges and the jury made the statement they did not find she caused the death of her child even though that was not required. Her bond is revoked bc she was found guilty of abuse of a corpse and is remanded to custody but will be sentenced tomorrow.
She finally broke down and I did too..gut wrenching.

BBM. Does that constitute their exoneration of her or could it mean that they didn’t determine the evidence proved either way?

I think she won't get more time than the night she's spending in jail.

Yes.
Think he’ll put her on supervised probation or just suspend her sentence?

Yep, I predict probation and she starts college in the spring. Off to the next phase of her life!

Until she gets pregnant again

Will she still be able to go to U of Cincinnati or will a felony preclude their reacceptance there?
