I was just asking my dog the same thing! How are they sitting there chatting? Isn't a bailiff supposed to stop that?!

What did your dog respond?

Bailiff seems to be twiddling her hair in between her fingers, looking all around.. Not paying much attention.

Well, a mistrial "helps" TM by buying her more time until a new trial. I wouldn't put it past her to do this on purpose to get this outcome. IMO

Tammy's frantically trying to memorize her cover story. LOL

Well the other judge issued a gag order, and it didn't stop Tammy from posting on FB. So I doubt this judge saying no watching the trial has stopped them from watching.

Your dog? Haha!
Well, he does know all the facts, having followed along with me over the years. Plus, he's a great listener, and I think he agrees with me almost all the time. ;)

as long as the prosecution can bring up that they have been watching, i'd say let the jury know and continue. Not like they won't see it all at home and be even more prepared for a new trial.

It absolutely happens, IMO, but actually having proof of a witness intentionally disregarding court instructions and viewing the trial before they go on the stand is a big No-no. But...I misunderstood and thought several of them were watching it on a device. Wahhhh I wish I could watch.

Exactly. It's a court order sequester NOT to view the trial. Just the same with the jurors, sure, they could go home and watch the testimony that they missed or read WS or FB comments.

But obviously it's TM's family that is breaking the law.

I think they deliberately did this, to cause a stir. I really do.
Yep!!! Just put her behind bars already and throw away the key!!

WOW!!!! Just heard the judge say that if they violated his order, they can't testify! State just now reading out the names of those involved.

Not sure it would be great, Judge could declare a mistrial.

If the sequestered witness hadn't testified yet, can't see the reason for a mistrial, they just can't testify.

I thought the Moorers originally told LE they were together in his truck all that night (reason for the obscene behavior charges they had early on)?

And we’re back. The state claims that Nikki, Christian and Cason Moorer, as well as Irene Caison violated the judge’s sequestration order by viewing a live stream of the trial.
