Tammy needs to channel her energy into being the best little dorm janitor she can be. Ain’t no way she’s getting a new trial.
This! More this!

OMG this woman is vile, horrible, and, pretty much, a waste of space.

Her appeal should be something like this...

I want to file an appeal to admit that I am a stalker, kidnapper, and murderer. I was so jealous and bitter that I enlisted my husband to help with all my evil deeds. I murdered H.E. and hid her body just to be cruel; her family deserves to know where I (and my father) put her body so they can lay her to rest.

Any person who watched the trial knows that the biggest mistake I made was testifying, but my ego is just too big. I always think I am the smartest person in the room. The prosecutor eviserated me on the stand during cross-examination and exposed me for what I truly am: a jealous, insecure stalker, and murderer who deserves to be in prison forever. The only thing I should appeal for is forgiveness for destroying so many lives and families - Including my own.

In my opinion, TM is right where she belongs and where she should stay!

Yes @Tabulator …. well stated and sorry I am so late to this posting.

I particularly enjoyed that part in her trial when she tried to refer to one of the prosecutors on a first name basis. And that prosecutor was not having any of that. MOO

Yes, I was there in the courtroom that day and it was well worth the trip to hear the prosecutor put her in her place.

ABSOLUTELY! Have never seen or heard about anything like that exchange before, but damn... What a stellar moment!

I think it went something like:

Nancy Livesay (Prosecutor): Do we know each other outside of this courtroom?

Tammy Moorer (Evil defendant): Uh, I don't think so.

Nancy Livesay: Oh, I was wondering when we got on a first name basis.

Amazing. Totally put her in her place. Which, happened to be prison!

Please, correct me if I am wrong... But, I saw that trial as a textbook case of exposing a person as the evil, horrible, and guilty criminal she was. One of the few cases that I have seen where I could not find even one redeeming quality about a defendant... She is vile. I mean the woman is absolutely a mean-spirited, jealous, vindictive human who murdered a young - and yes, probably immature - girl for nothing. I mean, come on... It is your husband stepping out, that is who you need to be dealing with; he had the affair!

This whole case should have NEVER happened! T.M., in my opinion, enlisted her husband into being her partner to kidnap and murder H.E. and hide her body just for spite. Yuck! She is the type of person I don't want to share my planet with!

Yes, it was a sad tale for HE @Tabulator . Not the other two though. They earned and deserve exactly what they have sowed and reaped. And the now convicted felons are exactly where they belong.

The only thing I would add, IIRC that dialogue you have above is correct….. but the preceding words were something from TM (exactly what I don’t recall) but in her response to NL question, TM said something and then referred to the prosecutor as ‘Nancy’. On a first name basis. SMH.

The other stark thing I remember about that case add equally disgusting, and SPOILER ALERT….. POTENTIALLY UNPLEASANT INFORMATION…… IIRC somehow SM had the name of TM tattooed on his abdomen sometime after HE disappeared. It seemed there was some information or evidence that was done at TM insistence.

SMH. MOO

That Tammy felt the need to brand Sid as “hers” is laughable. He def wasn’t worth the ink …
