No one really knows who had what phone, where what phone was when, or who was where when using whichever phone, who may have used whichever phone where ever they were with whichever phone...or what whichever phone may have provided as clues into what ever calls were made on that phone or where whichever phone was when whatever phone calls/texts were made or received.

Except hopefully LE knows what we don't know .... we can only speculate on what we think they may know.

It is interesting to wonder though, that IF Hailey was at home all day Monday by her lonesome, and HAD a phone at her disposal, why didn't she use it to make m ore calls or texts?? Supposedly she was using the phone on Sunday, per her aunt/according to the gospel of FB...so why not Monday?? And mama didn't call to touch base either huh?

Someone recently said something about other theories about what may have happened to Hailey.
Well here ya go= some to keep ya busy- knock ya self out...I have

BG nabbed her while in town and took off to California or some where
...or stole her for spite
...or to use to buy more drugs
Or one of his cronies in Snyder took her

PT , or someone she knows, snatched her and took her to the beach and is hiding her in plain sight
.... or sold her into child trafficking
....or offed her & dumped her off down toward San Saba or the ocean
...or a minor went apepoop and PT is covering

TG, rso, a la speakeasy rv park, nabbed and took her to New Mexico

the dogcatcher got her

she was expecting and got spirited out of town and never came back

Hailey was given in lieu of $ to one of local drug suppliers to pay off a drug debt belonging to one or more persons

HAiley was a 'gift' to some sicko quasi group that's into necrophilia, etc etc and other gross stuff

Someone nabbed her and sold her to be forced into prostitution at the 2011 Superbowl game in Dallas

A stranger passing thru town on I -20 , pulled off on the Hickory exit, grabbed her as she was out walking around, and took off to parts unknown..
...in a car or an 18 wheeler... for a nefarious purpose

Someone in LE is responsible, shh

....grabbed her and took off


One of CD's rso friends got her and since LE thinks (some) are good guys, no one really bothered to check'em out worth a toot

Some adult she confided in took her away

she wandered off and got stuck some where

she hitched a ride out of town

Supposed gang members in town either beat her in or out, and it went south

the ice cream man rso took her to the coast or his local rso brother got her & he took her to Oregon

the handyman rso got her and took her to the lake

someone in town that no one suspects as ain't right, got her

A family member, pick one, came and got her out of there and she is in California, Oklahoma, Nevada, or Texas, or some where

Your experience is not evidence. You have no idea what HD was like, so whatever your daughter is like has no predictive value at all.

You cannot make a conclusion about what someone did based on what some unrelated third person did. That is just poor logic.

As for SA using the phone to text MB, you are forgetting that at the time SA was in Big Spring, and HD's phone was in CC. So he could not have done it.

The only people who could have done it IMO are SA, BD, HD, DD or CD (they were the only ones with access and sufficient knowledge of HD's social life). SA and BD were in other cities at the time, so unless you are suggesting that DD or CD did it, the only option remaining is that HD herself did it.

You don't actually KNOW where Shawn was at any given time. Only where his cell supposedly pinged. He could have left his cell at his moms or grams and driven home and used Billies cell to send a text and then returned and gotten his cell where he left it. JMO

BJD: umm.. I did see some of the images because I asked to. umm.. The computer wasn't mine, wasn't in my house but I was still allowed to see some of it. There was on there - adult, and there was sickening stuff on there. There was bestiality on there.* umm.. and again, that was not my computer. I don't have a computer. The thumb drive, when they took that out of the home, that was the first time I had seen that umm.. They told me it was found in Shawn's dresser, so I said okay it must be Shawn's, and then Friday umm.. when I asked them if I could see some stuff, I, I don't know everything that was on that. But I do know myself, and Shawn: and our private lives in the bedroom. We were on there. I do know that. Umm.. And like I said, I don't know of anything else.

Host: Okay And when you say out of the home which are you speaking?

BJD: I'm sorry?

Host: You said taken out of the home.

BJD: Yeah the thumb drive was.

Host: Who's home are you talking of?

BJD: Mine that was at my house. It was in Shawn's dresser.

BJD: No, not on that one. Then, I didn't look at all the images either, but I did not.

BJD: I saw an image from the computer. Yeah.

BJD: The one that wasn't in my house. I've said it before, but I don't really want to point fingers at her. I don't believe she was looking at it either

BJD: The lady's computer.

BJD. The computer had some bestiality on it. It did have a child picture. umm..* It did have other adult on it and I told em I didn't want to see anymore. It's disgusting. It hurts my feelings for the little kids. It pisses me off that people would do that to children and on the thumb drive were Shawn and I and there were also other women on there.

CG and Billie have both confirmed that Hailey was texting CG on the Sunday. My own belief is that it was texts to CG that caused what happened to Hailey if you understand what I mean. Ie Billie got mad and reacted and Hailey bore the brunt of it :sick:

I honestly CJ could have sent Hailey to her sister in California as it would have meant that she would still been alive and safe but I just dont see that as being the case unfortunately. It would also mean that Clint and CJ werent now heartbroken and waiting for the remains to be identified.

You mentioned Necrofilia. You forget to mention that Billie and Shawn were into devil worship though.

I personally listened to this show and remember well that bd said she saw child . The rest of the interview is interesting as well. She claimed she wasn't having anything to do with boy toy. This is before boy toy spent months in her bed in austin

SA probably hot footed it back 'home' after he suddenly quit his job, snatched Hailey while still in bed, and took her to a preplanned designation to do what he had been dreaming of doing.
Then he killed her and dumped her body.
Every move after that was to cover his own azz.

If thats the case ..which personally i dont think it was as i believe it happened Sunday night what explanation do you think there is for Billie lieing so many times the past twenty eight months and even now cant give a reliable time line for what happened on the Sunday and Monday? and what reason do you think she could have for not wanting to talk about the Sunday?

I agree especially about the sexual boundaries. The only thing i would say is that i believe Billie was into all that as much as he was. She shocked me one day on facebook when she spoke about bestiality as if it was the most normal thing in the world.

and yes Justice for Hailey. I hope that the remains are hers so that she has a chance of receiving that and being laid to rest also.

Drugs and the bad memory it can induce. Her brain cells are likely dead. To me Billie seems a brainless, clueless lying woman in fear of losing her bed warmer.
She would rather fall for his stories (hook, line and sinker and spew them) than face the responsibility she brought him into her home.
She may do anything to keep herself in deep denial.

Doesn't make her a killer.
