BBM. I find it ODD that SA and BD claim to not have a computer but have jump drives and flash sticks/drives. BD had stated that Hailey had some flash drives for school, well why would Hailey have flash drives for school if they didn't have a computer in that house?

I do not know what LE has or does not have as far as evidence is concerned. I don't know that LE is going to announce publicly what evidence that they may or may not have against their POI so therefore I do not know if it is contrary or not.

With what I do know from statements made by BD and SA to the media, I am convinced.

They didn't have a computer, but BD would have had access to one at work, while SA used the one at his grandmothers house.

Jump drives are used to transport files from one computer to another, in their case it would have been their primary data storage mechanism since they didn't have their own computer.

I'm asking you how you know, what you say you know? To my knowledge, the search warrant for Adkins 'person/body' was never unsealed by Howard County. There were two separate warrants, filed in different district courts.

There was speculation it was for a DNA swab, or something to do with his person (which could have been thumb drives, which he was said to have on his key ring).

We can guess all day long, but until the warrant is unsealed, we don't know what they wanted to search him for, or what they obtained from him.

There were two warrants that were executed at the same time, so they would have been related. We know what was in the affidavit for the search of the grandmothers house, so the Howard county one was probably in similar subject matter.

Certainly, there is absolutely no reason to collect things such as DNA or fingerprints if they were looking for CP, and there would be no probable cause for requesting that. That means they wanted to search his person for any electronic items he might have been carrying. I don't see what else they could have been looking for.

Howard county has jurisdiction for the investigation of the CP found on the mother's computer, so the warrant issued by them would have been related to that.

You are assuming the primary target of their investigation was SA. It might instead have been focussed on a minor (which would be why the affidavit was sealed), with SA as a peripheral character in that investigation.

Otherwise, there would be no reason to seal the affidavit if it was essentially the same as the other one which wasn't sealed.

Flash drives are on my kids required school supply list every year . My kid is often assigned assignments in school that requires her to use them in class . She has to save her work on it so she can have it for the next class, the school computers do not save each students work. I have bought 3 for my kids 2 years of high school and 2 her in middle school she should have 5 total but I am sure she has lost 4.
Plus the computer was broke in the closet so at some point they had one.

maybe on the drives they have seen SA naked and are looking for ID marks such as moles etc. Usually it's for that or DNA and they take hair root for that test. I wonder if in all the supposed they said they found, were there vids of SA in them. I just dk why this case is taking so long; if her ear rings were found ripped out of her ears in her fathers new home; I still go to a fight with his wife. Then again the photo I still have on my drive of SA truck in the driveway with the pull out couch loaded up and a cop car on the street parked, irks me. I still think HD was inside that fold up couch. These are only MY opinions.

As for Naomi she has been cleared of being involved in the disappearance of Hailey. Also shes not Clints wife. Clints wife is Billie the mother of Hailey and DD.

Her phone possibly. Smartphones have browsers and can access the internet. You don't really need a computer at all if your main application is to browse/social network.

We discussed this way back when ... I think there may have been something in one of CP images which could identify an adult participant. IMO, they wanted to look at a particular part of his body.

As far as the reason for sealing the warrant; LE would want to investigate the source of the , revealing details in the warrant would be counterproductive. Common sense ...

My guess is that they had the BD and SA tapes and wanted to verify that it was him with her in those video's . They could probably tell it was BD but might not have seen his face on the "tapes". LE was probably hoping it wasnt him since that would have been a media frenzy and at this time they were loving the media backlash BD was getting.IMO.

I do think the had a warrent for a body search. As anything he had on him like a storage device would have been covered under the first warrent. Providing he was at the location the warrent was issued for.

Well Y'all, The remains are Hailey's. I have spent the day at the lake with my grandchildren with thoughts of Hailey on my mind. For some reason, Hailey touched my heart and soul. I will never forget her.

I think they know who did it. But they need solid evidence. Now that they know where the body was, it would be great if a witness can place someones truck on that backroad Monday morning, for example.
