This quote was in response to child . Please tell me this was misquoted! Child IS physical harm! People don't really think otherwise, do they?

The article doesn't mention child was definitely found in Billie's house. It just says & deviant acts. The child was mentioned in a separate paragraph. Maybe the searchers were referring to the found? Where was the child - Billie's house on the thumb drive OR Shawn's mom's house on a computer? I forget...

They could have been looking for distinguishable identifiers on his body, things like an abnormally small penis *change that to freakishly small penis....

There were two warrants that were executed at the same time, so they would have been related. We know what was in the affidavit for the search of the grandmothers house, so the Howard county one was probably in similar subject matter.

Certainly, there is absolutely no reason to collect things such as DNA or fingerprints if they were looking for CP, and there would be no probable cause for requesting that. That means they wanted to search his person for any electronic items he might have been carrying. I don't see what else they could have been looking for.

Howard county has jurisdiction for the investigation of the CP found on the mother's computer, so the warrant issued by them would have been related to that.

You are assuming the primary target of their investigation was SA. It might instead have been focussed on a minor (which would be why the affidavit was sealed), with SA as a peripheral character in that investigation.

Otherwise, there would be no reason to seal the affidavit if it was essentially the same as the other one which wasn't sealed.

What I'm curious about is the Xbox. I thought Billie said she & Shawn stored on the Xbox &/or traded it on the Xbox. Am I misremembering this? If they did, I'm wondering why that isn't enough to arrest them bc the Xbox belonged to DD (Billie's son). DD was underage at the time. So how could it be legal for Shawn & Billie to store, filter/stream through an underage child's Xbox? Then to pair that with the portable flash drive - well its just freaking crazy.

Affidavits say Adkins had previously threatened Billie and Hailey's life back in February of 2010.
Documents about serial killers were also found in Billie's home where Adkins lives.

It is true many people out there think child should just be legal, that looking at it shouldn't be a crime. I have met them in my day to day life. Usually they try to use the argument that looking doesn't do any harm. People like that make me sick. They compare it to watching horror movies (which are fake violence) and seem to think children shouldn't be protected. When you explain to them snuff films and things like that are illegal, they just look at you like you are stupid. I personally can't figure out how they can feel that way, but they do. I keep those people away from me, they make me so angry!

Watched Ktab news and they spoke with one of the searchers who said they came very close to that area during the search, but it was getting dark. She said that if they had searched just a little bit further in that direction, she would have been found.

Still waiting on links from both news channels. The interview with Curtis Lloyd was very short. Just the comment about the blue warmups.

Would be great if Chris Lloyd was asked " if he noticed shoes"?

About the sweatpants. What does this mean in terms of what happened to Hailey? I think this means she was brought there and not moved from another dump area (sorry) since her bones were found with clothing. Was her femur found WITH the pants or were the pants near the bone? If the bone was very, very close to the pants, it would make me think that she was wearing her pants when she was dumped there. Also, the "bones were scattered" statement I have read makes me think that there were more bones than her skull and femur. Adding the tooth only makes this a total of three bones. I think there are more bones or fragments. JMO

LE has not said anything about what was found other than what you said above. However, Mr. Lloyd did say he went back out to the area after the scene was released. There was one area which looked like LE had excavated and screened soil. I don't think we are going to hear any further details from LE until after an arrest is made. I'm biting my nails wondering if they have enough to satisfy the DA. lease:

This is what I think too but I haven't seen info in MSM yet. "Scattered bones" makes me really believe there were way more bones found after a grid search was done.

I would avoid those people at all costs.
A child is being hurt, and exploited for their sick desires. It's plain wrong. Your gut is right- avoid them.
Horror movies feature actors with fake blood, no is being raped in the movie!

I just saw the news of Hailey's remains being found. It makes me so sad and so very, very angry.

I hope to God this does not become yet another "we know who did it, but not enough evidence to bring to trial" case.

We have seen WAY too many of those recently, almost all of them having to do with a parental figure's role in a child's death or "disappearance."

This can not become one of those cases. We desperately need to see justice served for Hailey and for all the other babies, kids, and teens whose parents, step-parents, or parents' lovers have so obviously done the unthinkable.
