Not as far as I am aware. I think those claims stemmed from rumours reported later, and didn't come from LE.

How long had DD had the X-box? I was under the impression he got it for Christmas. Did he have it longer than that?

The call routing information pinged back to the NW transmitter of the CC tower, that doesn't mean it is within city limits.

The time corresponds approximately to when he would have been expected to be around the grandmother's house. Those phone calls would have been made when he arrived there and found the house locked up.

Just to point out, BD was said many things as supposedly coming from LE. Should we be accepting all of these as true? Or just as her interpretation of something she thinks she remembered hearing?

Unless the destination she was going to already had clothing items stored there.

It is pretty clear that these kids were not well supervised and come and go as they see fit, so having clothing/personal items stashed at other locations they spent a lot of time at would not be unreasonable.

Every teen girl that age has a treasured object. Hailey was said to have left home without things she normally would have taken. Unless you have children, you probably would not understand how meaningful this detail is.

I can not or will not talk about evidence that LE has not already talked about. I just knew it was Haiely from the skull looking like that of a young female and the blue sweat pants. The area was familiar to SA, he grew up very close to the lake.

If the X-box did take pictures of Hailey in her blue sweatpants, and that is what was found,, then she died during that night. 13 year old girls take a shower and change their clothes from "yesterday" to spending the night with a friend. most teen girls are into clothes and I would think she had received at least one new article of clothing if not more for Christmas between the two family celebrations. So the idea that her remains were found still wearing those sweatpants is bothersome to me. Teen girls, especially on their way to meet up with friends I would imagine would be wanting to look good and sport their new apparel to show off to the friends.

I knew you wouldn't/couldn't answer, but thought I'd try. Thank you, pointhunter for being the answer to so many prayers. God works in mysterious ways. I'm sure you knew about this case before, but I'm guessing you weren't really following it like the rest of us crazies. It really sucks you in, doesn't it. God bless the child.

The neighbor who saw her in the backyard claimed she was using the phone at the time, and it turns out that at approximately that time someone did use the phone to send a text message.

One can't exclude the possibility that he got the days mixed up, but there is a correlation which provides an element of corroboration to his story.

One problem with that, LE has Billie's cell phone records, but have always said they were not able to confirm that sighting.

Don't you think that sighting would have become a huge factor in this case, if it were true? Neighbor said he saw her at noon that day, text was sent at 2:00. This would have been a huge boost to Shawn, as he was the only one who saw her Monday, besides Billie's account at 6:30 that morning.

Yes they do store stuff at each other homes and they share things also but I think I read this would have been the First time to stay overnight at this friends home. This does baffle me.


Which to me would have me "upset" to come home and then learn my daughter was staying somewhere NEW and didn't ask permission... It seems SA says that that the kids did roam but then I remember that Billy seem to say she had to have her permission and Hailey was to stay home during the day when she was at work.

BJD could have been tough with words and not when action is required and the Kids did what they wanted. But most people said is was adnormal for Hailey not to take her things...or Jacket...I have to agree girls are pretty prepared when they do sleepovers with many phone calls and discussion and plans etc...you know what I mean....
