Head blow vs strangulation

This may be a stupid question, but how does LE know that something has been "wiped off..or clean"?

I guess because a flashlight would have prints on it...and the batteries inside of it....even if it had not ever been used before, it was still handled by SOMEONE...for it to have gotten to the location that it was found in. In other words, it just didn't magically appear where it was found....someone HAD to have place it there, but when it was checked for fingerprints, none was there....and that would be impossible, UNLESS it had been wiped down.

Do we know that it was? Or was it really not staging . Just wiped clean to make sure no one thought it was used to hurt JonBenet......then they placed it back where they normally did when they got back upstairs?

Wouldn't removing it have been easier for the Ramsey's....I mean, what if they missed a print or two??? They left it there on purpose....as a prop.

I don't think so, but it would account for the extensive scalp hemorrhage, imo.

Answering this one might help explain what occurred.

But why do you whack your six-year old daughter on the head with a flashlight, unless you really mean to kill her.

Using the flashlight is not quite the same as a slap or a punch etc, there was such force used her skull was caved in, and that was accidental?

I totally agree,UK.It was NO accident.Someone wanted her dead,and made sure she was.I don't think she was 'accidently' slammed into something.That hole in her head and the sheer length of the fracture were done on purpose,IMO.

Could those of you who think this was an accident..please go back and look at the pic of JB's skull...that long fracture,and esp that hole in her skull...she wasn't slammed into something accidently.She was hit intentionally and forcefully,so as to render her DEAD.

The coverup began....could JB possibly have been hit again (this time cause the HOLE in the skull) as part of the staging...after the strangulation. So, it could have went like this....non-fatal head wound, strangulation, hole in the skull head wound.

true,I thought about that,but then,why rearrange her hair so as to appear to be hiding it? In trying to take into consideration all possible scenerios,I can't discount that she may have been intentionally killed all along,directly,with no prior accident.

Having said that do you believe it was premeditated or brought on by rage of the moment.

She is tiny. She could have been thrown against the bathtub or the sink and yes that could do that to her skull.

Colorado. I know this is not a popular theory right now. But a child this small when thrown with force could certainly have their head cracked, especially if thrown against a marble bathtub.

I have no problem with the crack in her head coming from a bathtub. Its the area there was a hole that I find .......troublesome, for lack of better wording. It could have been either. Wouldn't you love to have a time machine and go back and look at everything in that house for something that could have done that in one blow or force induced fall.

My thought is they got rid of hid and otherwise set aside and deep sixed what did it till Aunty Pam could go get their funeral clothes. or If I am not mistaken didn't their airline pilot also carry out a box..Where did I read that..I withdraw till I can substantiate it. But for some reason in my mind. I think the pilot at one point picked up a box. I know I am not daydreaming or idly spreading rumor. I just can't think where I read that. So as long as we are time traveling can we hang about till Anty Pam gets the funeral clothes and make sure we inspect that box as well?

Ames: One almost needs a valium reading about this case. They just let her walk in take whatever she wanted. This family is guilty from the inside out.
