No body, no blood splatter that we know of.....

I wonder how much Lee can help the defense.... he'll smell the stench just like everyone else did.

I think he'll be called on to pooh-pooh the science of the Body Farm findings.

WOW! Just what is needed here, another dishonest person. My jaw drops to the floor. Who could have predicted that so many dishonest people could all be in one court room at a time??????

I wish the COURT would bring in the scientific experts, that way there'd be no defense/prosecution bias one way or another.

Looks like the real circus is going to be in the courtroom:bang:

She may be winning some battles, but she won't win the war. If by some huggggggh chance, she does not get life, then I am sure she will get a pretty stiff sentence for all the bad check writing, which will be tried after the murder charge. That's a battle she won, but in the long run, it won't be a win that goes in her favor.

Salem

Either way she can expect karma to kick her in the arse. You will not do what KC has done and get away with it.

What's funny about that picture is that is when he drank the ketchup/tomato juice to represent blood splatter.

I have no worries about him, his credibility is less than stellar IMO.

OH and let me guess he is working pro bono like 1/2 of the other people that claim they are...what a joke.

As far as the bad check charges go, my friends daughter was involved in a ring of identitiy theft, she had twice as many charges as Casey and she was sentenced to 18 months. It all has to do with the charges running concurrent or not.

I am sure she will get convicted in the murder trial. If not then I will lose all faith in our judicial system forever.

I wouldn't be surprised if they dropped Kobi. Me thinks he has not spun loud enough on NG for Baez' liking.

He's the one who helped OJ get off, ugh!

Logger, great question! I'd like to know who is paying for these people too. Does anybody know or have a link? Talk about a dog and pony show, Casey has set one up!

Is she paying Lee with that imaginary money she was going to pay jB with?

I really hope it's not taxpayers money. Is it? Who's paying? :behindbar

I just watched a video on Ch.9 that said Lee's rate is $300 an hr

Lee lost a lot of credibility with the Peterson case. I'm sure the reporters will bring that up. I wouldn't be too concerned. I'd like to know if Dr. Baden turned them down? I'd be much more concerned it it were him. JMO

Didn't he lose some credibility with the P. Specter case as well? Something about a missing vial?

I'm guessing no one else is calling him. ??

So, I just keep thinking the A's got paid big bucks for something, and they are paying for the defense. I don't believe everyone is working for free. Why would they?

Dr. Lee what a joke I cannot for the life of me understand why they even let him go to court after him hiding evidence etc.
