There is no evidence that proves Steven killed Charli but we do have a party of two driving 30 miles east from home after 8pm and only one returns.
Yes, also, I was wondering why Loo was asking so many questions about his sound system. Then I realized that he was thinking, no way this guy is leaving this vehicle, with its big, expensive tires, and custom sound system with many speakers abandoned on a lonely stretch of road near Keanae overnight. That's like leaving several $100 bills lying on the sidewalk...
Yeah I would've slept in my car especially considering he left his house at 11pm and daylight was only a few hours away.My cousin said, at the time this happened, "no way someone would leave their Toyota on Hana Highway
for almost 25 hours, it would be stolen or stripped".
Yep, Toyota is #1 for stealing here. I've gotten police alerts about that, usually the pick up trucks Tundra and Tacoma but Forerunner is good when you can get it. ;-)
The rain out there can be torrential. The cops stopped entertaining it (Tour Van video recordings of their Road to Hana excursions) it looks like withhin the first two weeks.Yeah I would've slept in my car especially considering he left his house at 11pm and daylight was only a few hours away.
How long are we going to entertain his stuck truck in Keanae story?

I'm talking about Saturday night when he got his truck stuck. Lol.Did you mean 'arrived at his house around 11 pm'? Or am I missing something?
Okay. I thought SC said he left earlier than that.I'm talking about Saturday night when he got his truck stuck. Lol.
Also his rear window was broken so it was always driving around down and sideways. I asked him about back when his FB page was up and he conceded it was broken. Heck you dont even have to break the glass to get that stereo.
That was officer Gannon asking those questions. Did anyone else think that detective Gannon's voice sounds like Bruddah Iz? I was like, wow, his voice sounds like someone, then realized sounded like Bruddah Iz to me.
My cousin said, at the time this happened, "no way someone would leave their Toyota on Hana Highway

Nikki, I don't see Apo like that at all. To me, he seems like a mediocre attorney who uses a rambling aggressive high pitched voice to try intimidate witnesses. He's got nothing on those Scott women. His questions don't make sense and he struggles to verbalize his actual question in an intellectual manner. He doesn't seem to have a focus and a plan.
If the witness doesn't let themselves get rattled and off focus, and stays calm, in my opinion Apo is confusing the jury just the same with no impact.s
I pray for Charli's family as they approach such an emotionally difficulty being on the witness stand. I'll be breathing deep for them.
Yes. He didn't know what exact time he got stuck, but he threw out 8 PM as a rough time frame. I'm not buying into his lame story, but as far as why he wouldn't spend the night in the truck, he was working the next day in the early morning, so it is logical that he would need to get home. His hovering at Mana Foods is a great example of how he likes to keep watch on his truck, Kapua.Okay. I thought SC said he left earlier than that.
Apo is leading Loo around all over the place. Rivera should object more.
