This may have been discussed already - I haven't caught-up reading here. Would Misty qualify for this? Just as I was typing this NG just stated "no" -Misty won't qualify - anyone else know? I'm thinking due to Misty's age, she could claim she was led astray by Ronald... TIA!

So Misty was 18 when she was arrested for the drugs, but if that arrest is her first time getting in trouble wouldn't that have something to do with her sentencing?

I'd think so. According to the statue posted earlier, the court "may" sentence her as a youthful offender. Prior convictions or lack thereof are a big factor. The court gave Sykes a chance and she blew it. If it's Misty's first time around she'll probably get a break - 6 years I'd guess.
