What I truly do not understand about this call is the fact that she does not seem to have ANY idea of what she pled to in court. "What was I supposed to do plead Not Guilty"...."that's not what it means" ...."I'm not going to do rehab and a program"..

She pled - now she gets sentenced. It makes no difference what she wants to do now - it's up to the judge and she can either take it (whatever he gives her if rehab and jail time, rehab and probation, etc) or she can take prison....it really isn't up to her anymore and she doesn't seem to get this at all!!

I don't think she gets 2+2=4. Even her lawyer says to pray and it doesn't even register that she is in deep doo doo.

This girl has definitedly got some issues !! She would rather do 15 years in prison than go through 2 programs,she would probaly even want to stay in prison as long as her cousin.

I can't wait for the trial their probably all going to have the same character witness' .

I want to see and hear this thing,,in front of the judge tell him she is NOT going to do rehab and do time also....Boy, if she was my kid I would leave her right where she is....She is a hardcore girly and no shame whatsoever talking to her mother like that...And the mother doesnt care either....She is no shrinking violet....None of these people have respect for one another, much less anyone else....sheeeshhhh.....I certainly hope the judge sees right thru her demeaner, and gets wind of this video....Just so he knows she has NO remorse whatsoever...she needs to be put away for a while, so she can be knocked down a notch or two...IMO

I have a somewhat different take on this tape. I find it terribly sad and can't mock her. She understands the least of any of them. She truly appears to me as someone with a LD, unlike her cuz and his ex--who, IMO, would have been in my ES classes. Can you imagine the challenges of raising a child like this? It doesn't just happen to the poorer people either.... I find myself having more sympathy than I thought I could muster. I am genuinely saddened by listening to her as she clearly doesn't understand. Her cuz and his ex are, IMO, miles beyond her comprehension. Her almost hero-like sounding comments re RC just confirm to me that this child KNOWS no better. JMO
