All of this is a matter for disaster planning. It should already have been done. Clearly it hasn't. That means it needs to be done before the next disaster is even on the horizon.

I saw that on one of the videos I posted this morning. I wondered the same thing...On the weather channel, the newscaster was leaning into the wind, acting like it was so strong he couldn't hardly stand up, and in the background, two people stroll along like it wasn't windy or raining. I guess everyone must be an actor to have any position on TV. Disgusting that weather newscasters would FAKE the intensity of a storm. There's enough real tragedy to report on without faking the winds. I'm disgusted!
