Do you have a generator? Are you able to watch the news coverage? Are you in the highest place you can be?Doing good here, lights flickering on and off but I am ok. Over 500,000 without power here on Long Island though.
That's fantastic because I am sure a lot of people would tend to stay rather than leave their beloved pets! Was there buses provided for people who had no transportation? Do you know?Glad to see a post come on my Facebook today that in NYC they were allowing persons evacuating to be able to take their pets on bus, trains etc.

Just announced on CNN there are buses and people are encouraged to bring their animals, that most of the shelters are accepting them. They are reminding people to make sure their pets can be identified in case they get separated from their owners.
Just saw on the Weather Channel that 7 homes on Fire Island WASHED OUT TO SEA! I hope truth is ok!![]()
the exchange is closed. Trains are shutdown. wine rack is full. Im looking forward to it. but Its all fun and games until a tree comes through the living room.
How'd you make it through Sandy, bro? It's a shame you and your girlfriend broke up so recently. You could have used her to pass the time during the storm. Oh well, such is life I suppose. If you want I can always send over Fluke to keep you company? I'm sure he wouldn't mind. Hopefully he still remembers how to get to your house.
