The article said warren county, Mississippi
Is this Warren county Iowa?
I know we've looked at some missing persons from the 70s but does anyone have a list of all missing persons from the area? I thought I'd ask before I go off to start a list. I'm wondering about any missing persons or unsolved rape/homicides of females aged 8-20 from 1970-present.
I'm wondering if the perp could be someone who started out as a youth doing some crimes and just recently resumed it? Possibly recently out of work or some other change in his life that allowed him the freedom to commit this crime that he hasn't had for a while?
I guess it's hard to believe that a first time offender would pick 2 girls vs 1 if this was a random sexual crime and not target specific.

Those are the 4 I've looked into and seem related. Have you come across any others from 1976 forward? 4 girls in such a small area seems pretty profound. I'm trying to figure out if there are any others from that area. If it is the same perp then what caused the big gap between 1976-2012, KWIM?

What does bump mean?
I'm not sure what the following symbols mean after that quote also.
Please help!
First off I just want to clarify that I in no way think the family is involved, nor do I feel anything they have done is in any way suspicious. With that said, I just worry that the Collins don't seem to be too worried about getting justice. They seem like they have forgiven the killer and thats that. But, there are stiil children at risk, and with this killer still at large, is very very dangerous. I really don't think the killer gives a rats arse if he is forgiven or not. From all the interviews I have seen of the Collins, they always seem so content with the fact that now Elizabeth can rest in peace. Okay that's great, but children are at risk.
I don't get how you can forgive someone when you don't know even know who they are. If people did believe the Collins were suspicious, their nonchalant attitude would be something that people would use as "proof" that they were involved.
