Before I leave, just want to get y'all's opinion on someone posting the notice of Lyric's funeral on the Angel's Park Memorial FB Page and somebody liking it and then checking back a little later and the notice being gone? That doesn't sound very nice does it? It seems as though they would want people to know that one of the little angels had been buried today.

Yeah, me too. Gotta get up early tomorrow.

I suspect a confession may be in the future. . . Maybe after the concert, maybe after Lizzie is laid to rest. . . after May 4th. ? Somebody's gotta be the fall guy, might as well be the one already behind bars.

This has been my concern all along. Dan is a ready-made scapegoat in a
situation where nothing else is working. This could very easily trigger massive
public protest.

I agree about Dan's life - it is caving in and there is not a dang thing he can do about it. No doubt he "may" feel somewhat responsible for the girls' deaths.
There were a lot of holier than thou jabs at he & Misty, especially in the beginning. However, this is one of the end results of drug use - it takes away everything you hold near and dear.
Today I cry for all in this crazy family as I truly feel the pain of their loss; probably mostly because the girls did nothing to warrant this tragic end to their little lives.
Thanks for posting the videos; they were beautiful.

girls. I wouldn't even be surprised if a few of his former cronies have been lined up
to testify against him based on things/comments he may have made prior. I think
the pressure to 'get this monkey off their backs' is just below the surface, and Dan
is vulnerable ... and already in hand. That would close the investigation down which
is expensive and very time consuming and change the focus of the case. It's a social
management solution if they have no evidence and no other options/case.

LE is part of a larger social system out of balance. Oh no, not frame! But act on ideas some firmly
believe in. The identity of the community has been shaken. One thing clearly at stake here is
LE's resources to solve this crime. They may not have the resources for a whole list of reasons.
The community however must restore some sense of order and identity and will strive to do that
by one means or another - that is already evidenced in the memorial work at the park.

I second that! On the other hand, sometimes I feel like maybe there were several people in desperate need of money and hatched a somewhat elaborate kidnapping hoax that went horribly wrong. The family receives a ransom note and the FBI announces that they believe the girls are still alive, but mention nothing about a ransom. The people involved in the kidnapping hoax are being watched so closely by LE that they can't get back to the girls at 7-Bridges to free them and they died there at 7-Bridges as hostages.

Being a "memorial page" I find it odd, but then again I find the whole case odd. I can't help but feel agendas and manipulation coming from many directions. Hard to put my finger on it. :twocents:

Around here, the "tree guys" just remove trees, mostly for safety reasons or they are unhealthy. After Hurricane Sandy they were everywhere.

They take down trees, cut branches interfering with cables and lines etc.
They remove the debris, have bucket trucks, chippers, etc.

I had 2 huge pine trees come down at work. Thank God they missed the building and cars in the lot. It cost about $1,000 for landlord to remove them. I also watched a pine come down in a storm on my car.
Power was out, so I couldn't even call anyone. Neighbors came with chain saws and removed it. :rocker:

It's the Landscapers that do the planting, planning, design etc. They may also clear trees as well. It's the Landscapers who purchase trees and shrubs from wholesale nurseries. Being in the floral business, I can purchase wholesale from various suppliers.

True Landscapers here need an architectural degree. Hence my comments about plans etc.

A "Tree" business may crossover or make referrals to clients as to where to purchase and who to use via recommendations. One hand washes the other.

I would like to add, that all this equipment is very costly. These guys have big trucks, bucket trucks, dump trucks, back hoes, trailers, chippers, etc........
hence the high price tag. Not to mention insurance etc.

I am looking for the link for the tree farm (HELP! lease: )
IMHO, a tree farm is usually benign acreage. However, IIRC, they do more (ie; landscaping, retail nursery, snow removal etc.) The proximity to 7 Bridges has me wondering.

Apologies for my long post, just trying to put it all in perspective from my real life experience. :blushing:

As an aside, I want to thank Ken Jr. who saw the 2 huge downed pines that day. Those that parked in the upper lot could not get their cars out.

This young man came with his truck and chain saw like Superman. Can't thank him enough. These 2 trees were HUGE. That's Ken Jr. with his chain saw that removed that HUGE tree. :rocker:
He was driving by and saw us in distress. Thank you Kenny Jr. :rocker:
