Bail money? Heck, I think we'd just have to storm the place and break them out!! Because with their knowledge of this case, LE would never believe cindersoot and 3CK were innocent!!:jail:

LOL I know! I have thought about that...what if they brought me in for questioning and I started rattling off everything I know.

Book her...she did it. :floorlaugh:

Here's a Shakespeare lesson for today:

Per Hamlet's mother Gertrude: "The lady doth protest too much, methinks."

Just sayin' . . .

Looking for clues.......

Well, that would have to be a fairly fast kill and disposal.

Tammy was there at 2:45ish per her account when she spoke to the fisherman.

Let's run on the theory this person did nothing but just take them to the park and kill them. No sexual assault time added in.

They were apparently last seen between 12:30 and 1 in the lake area.

So let's go with the abduction of the earliest time possible (per LE statements) 12:30.

Now account for the time to get the girls into the vehicle and drive to the park.

The drive is about 36 minutes per google maps. Let's go with 30 mins minimum to get to the park...probably longer, but let's do this on the fast side to be safe.

So that would place them at Seven Bridges at 1:00. Now, get the girls out of the vehicle...and walk them back to the site. That's probably 10-15 minutes minimum.

Now you're at 1:15 and at the site. How long does it take to kill two girls? Seconds if you use a gun. Minutes, if strangulation. So let's say 15 minutes minimum.

Now you're at 1:30 and headed back to the park to be seen by Tammy.

You've got 1hr 15 mins to get back to Meyer's Lake and it's a drive of approx 36 min.

Even if you take 30 mins to include a sexual assault at the scene there is still ample time to do it.

I just don't see that happening though.

I think this person took them somewhere ELSE and then dumped the bodies later at the park. :(

I just can't see the sexual assault (IF there was one) going down in a public area with 2 girls...

IF a sexual assault happened I believe without a doubt that they were taken somewhere, sexually assaulted and killed...and then they were taken to Seven Bridges later.

NNMO, but what if the perp had a van (probably white:what:) and he sexually assaulted the girls in his vehicle at 7 Bridges?

I wonder if they knew it was someone close from the beginning and thought this person maybe wouldn't actually kill them. Maybe they thought it wasn't really a dangerous situation after all and that although they were missing, they didn't fear for their lives???

I would like to know which "close friends" did not cooperate.
Goning back to look at old interviews.............interesting. :seeya:

This "close friend" thing has me wondering............

That's a good thought.

True! And if they confiscate their computers, we'll all be implicated!!! :great:

I was thinking about cindersoot and her comment that she had taken protection (I assume she didn't mean a condom) with her to 7 Bridges on her photo shoot.

If someone had approached her, I can just picture cinder whipping out a gun and saying "go ahead, punk, make my day!" :great:

Yikes!

Now we need to figure out what countries don't have extradition to the US, and run for our lives.

Exellent point! Could very well be the case. I wouldn't expect the assault to consume more than 30 minutes though, would you? Regardless of where it took place...:waitasec:

So...the only thing I can think that would add time to this was if he killed them in a vehicle and then had to take their bodies one by one back to the site to dump them.

Even then, I'd say no more than an additional 30 mins possibly. So still plenty of time to get back to Meyer's Lake...or even home to clean up and still be able to be out and about to help search.

You're all goin down with us. ;)

Good God, if they did a computer search, I'm sure some of the things that I've googled in regards to this case would have them thinking :what:

I've got all sorts of things and links bookmarked as well.

Child abduction murderers were strangers to the victim in 44.4% of the cases, and were family friends or acquaintances in 41.9% of the cases. The killer was an intimate or family member of the victim in 13.7% of the cases.

Pg. 42 – Victim-Killer Relationship

Keep in mind that these statistics apply to one perp abducting one child. I don't know if they change when two children are abducted together.

I've checked on two cases where a perp abducted/killed two children and in those cases, the perp was not a stranger.

More striking is the number of child abduction killers who returned to the body disposal site. Almost one-fourth (23.7%) of the killers returned to the body disposal site after a significant period of time. Of those killers who did return, an incredible 83.3% did so prior to the discovery of the body, and 33.1% did so within three days after the murder. Clearly, a significant proportion of child abduction killers returned to the body disposal site, particularly soon after the murder occurred. As one would expect, very few returned after the body had been discovered and reported in the media.

It was discovered that once the murder investigation has begun, the name of the killer is likely to be in the investigative file within the first week. This provides an opportunity for investigator who may have run out of viable leads to regroup and review everyone whose name has been uncovered during the investigation. Similarly, it is not uncommon for the police to have actual contact with the killer before he becomes a primary suspect, for example, during the initial neighborhood canvass. Also, while at times the media seem to “get in the way,” in the end they are much more likely to have a positive effect on the investigation than a negative one. In short, the media are more likely to bring witnesses forward than to aid the killer in his escape.

I can tell you, my daughter was sexually assaulted and while he didn't have intercourse They GOT DNA and the son of a b**** is now serving 16 years with life time registration.

Sorry to hear that, its good they got his DNA, I wasn't sure, that's why I said it's possible?? that some do not have their DNA in the system. I hope they all do.

I found the youtube video somewhat odd! So, if they areexpecting all these beautiful cannas and hibiscus to be blooming I guess people are out there right now on the island planting already. Hmmmm.... seems like skeet said the area was expecting boat loads of rain and 7-Bridges looked flooded. Wonder how the island is holding up???

Think you mean someone else said it :)

Way back when I first started reading this thread, I made a remark about how the person who had done this could have been someone also involved in the searches. I used an example of how firemen start fires just to look like the hero and save the day. I guess that wasn't a very good example because someone commented back to me that they thought the firemen did a great job in those hot days searching. In no way did I insinuate that a firemen did it. I was just using that as an example. I had that thought after watching the video of the vigil and searching faces to see if anything seemed weird to me.
