LE said no sexual assaultDo you, like me, think the other thing left behind was biological (not blood or sweat, though I’d guess that both could be present).

At that point, they probably couldn't tie it back to him since they couldn't search his house until they arrested him. They may well have found those shoes now. It seems to be in the PCA mainly to corroborate what DM said she saw--a man outside her room headed toward the door.Yeah interesting that LE added that into the pca without tying it back to him. Makes me wonder if they did so because they wanted the defense team to think they had additional evidence or that they had another possible means of putting him at the crime scene.
Oh I know. Generally (and impatiently) speaking I just want more info lolMotives are not usually established in arrest warrants and we often dont hear about them till the trial.
He definitely planned it, but “Executed” his plan poorly. Sounds like he got cold feet a couple of times earlier and finally decided I’m going to do it now around 4:05 AM. As he was committing the stabbings, his adrenaline was rushing and he panicked once the dog started barking and figured he better get out of there quickly before he gets caught.I'm not saying that BK didn't plan it and/or have a fantasy to kill. I just think that you're giving him too much credit if you consider any of that careful planning. He planned poorly.
Oh, most definitely.Yes very true, however I would think it would be much more incriminating and certainly more likely that he would have all of those biological elements from the 4 victims on him to carry to those varies places MOO
Cleaning supplies. Ointment and bandaids. Food for his road trip to Johnson. IMOI’d sure like to see that interior Albertsons security footage the hours after the murder. Wonder how he looked? Any wounds? What does a murderer buy at the grocery store after their horrific crime? Sheesh this guy
We can bet there will be some sick Bryan fans writing him and having a crush on him. Someone else is stealing the attention from him though. Actually on topic and directly related to the current news about the arrest.

Ugh...90 percent of those are billboards. Click the links! And then check street view. It specifically states they are billboards.5G requires a lot of towers.

Is there a motive for a pycho killer?Motives are not usually established in arrest warrants and we often dont hear about them till the trial.
So you have examined the academic work he did to receive his Masters Degree? Where is it, can you link to it?His academic work is objectively meaningless and well below standards expected of someone who would actually go on to complete the degree program he was enrolled in.
The reality is, none of us know how we would react if we were in her (DM’s) position. We like to think we know exactly how we would behave and what we would do… or that we would run and call 911 right away, etc., but that poor girl was probably traumatized to death… The PCA stated she was frozen… she was in a life and death situation where the whole “fight, flight or freeze” thing becomes very real. I’m sure the question will be addressed at trial, but I don’t think it’s fair for anyone to judge her… it sounds to me like she could have been so terrified she just completely shut down… of course on my feel horrible for the families and loved ones, I truly, truly do… but just learning today what DM has been dealing with as well, I can’t even imagine… and my heart goes out to her. I hope that she is receiving all the appropriate support that she needs right now, and that the media, and BK’s defense, leaves her alone.Well the only person who knows what happened that night is DM, what she was thinking and doing, and as she has been cooperating with LE and I'm sure they have determined the validity of her answers professionally, why would anyone be questioning the affidavit? Regardless of what she thought at the time or why, she stated what happened to her.
He went in the house when they weren’t home. That sliding door was probably never locked at least not in the day. Sliding doors are a huge pain to lock. They are wonky. My guess he went there when they were all home for break or all all out one nightI’m not entirely there yet either. I need a motive and/or an established connection between the victims and BK. If it was random why not eliminate all the occupants? And if it was targeted then how did he know which rooms to go to and which ones to bypass? He was in and out so had he been in that house before to already know who was shacked up where?! I need more info.

D moved from first floor west to second floor east when the sixth roommate moved out.Thank you! Having only read thru once fully so far I missed this bit of new info.
Unless he intended to use the sheath to protect himself prior to taking out the knife but did not intend to reinsert the knife when bloody to prevent transfer of blood to inside the sheath. Just speculating.Seems like he would have realized he left it when he went to hide the knife itself (on his body or in his clothing) when he left. It’s like leaving a restaurant with my phone and not my purse. It doesn’t happen. I always put my phone in my purse so I’d either leave the purse and phone on accident but never just the purse - if that makes sense.
Usually that means where they are mounted. Billboard, building, tower, etc.. I don't know the terrain, however, even the Pullman towers probably cover as well. Billboards and towers are probably 5G to get the cover their short range.Ugh...I just checked my area. It maps out six towers, but five of them aren't there. The map itself says that they're billboards. Only one of them is a cell tower. Make sure to click on them to assure they are actually cell towers and then look on google street view.
Well, are you looking at each individual piece of evidence in a vacuum? Or are you looking at them as compounding pieces like the jury will? Leading to a damning narrative. With DNA (being where it has no business being) being the thing that ties it all together.Preponderance of evidence is fine for civil trials. Criminal convictions require proof beyond a reasonable doubt and I'm just not convinced we're there yet. Bear in mind we haven't seen all of the prosecution's cards. But we haven't seen any of the defense's cards. As far as this witness, she will do far more for the establishment of timeline than identity. And so far there has been no attempt to provide a motive. But motive and direct evidence are not required to get a conviction, just proof beyond a reasonable doubt. Like I said, I'm just not convinced we're there yet. YMMV
BKs "research paper" (the survey, sry no link on hand atm) practically screams that he had been flirting with the idea of murder for some time.I think he may have had urges to kill and went into criminolgy to better understand himself and instead became more excited to kill. I think thats exactly what he was doing, looking for the right victim and if he had gotten away with it probably would have killed again and again till he was caught.
Too soon to say IMO. For all we know he may have slipped in after X collected her door dash order. We don’t know if they were habitual door lockers either. Personally, one of my best friend’s never locks her doors (front + sliding glass back) whenever she’s home and it drives my true crime paranoid mind mad!He went in the house when they weren’t home. That sliding door was probably never locked. Sliding doors are a huge pain to lock
They likely Judy locked the front and their bedrooms
IMO, he stopped and got something to eat or he met up with somebody? So, I have a question. If the drive between BK’s house and 1122 King’s Road is approximately 15 minutes or so and he left home at ~2:44am but wasn’t seen on camera again until 3:26am in Moscow and not on King’s Road until 3:29, where was he and what was he doing? That’s nearly an hour, or 45 minutes of “nothingness.”
Hyundai offers a service called blue link. It can provide gps location for road assistance. Not sure if it tracks anything though without an issue being reported. And it's an optional service you have to pay for so he might not have had it on a car that old.Car experts, what information can LE get off of a 2015 Elantra if they do a computer diagnostic test? Is there a way to show where it's been?
