Dang, the presser would not load for me. Too much traffic I guess.

I thought he looked like a nervous wreck. Hard swallow like trying not to cry or puke. I think things might have suddenly gotten very real with him JMO
Yes. That is a true, human response. We never enjoy watching people, animals, etc. suffer regardless of anything. This, like every murder, is the single most failure of the human condition.

Area 3 PSP - ID prohibits any release of info of AA. Trying to balance public desire for information and to protect suspects due process.

PSP Contacted by FBI to assist in apprehension of suspect. Troopers were able to obtain fugitive from justice warrant. SERT served 3 search warrants. BK taken into custody without incident. Home was processed. Arrangements currently being made to get BK back to ID

To me it looks like hair but I have seen some comments on twitter that say it looks like a scab.
In the second image which has a different angle, it clearly looks like a curl of hair to me. IMO

It is a bit unusual that he already has Idaho counsel and that said attorney has already coordinated with what is described at private investigators to inspect the scene. I am wondering if he anticipated his arrest and had already arranged counsel to be prepared.
Everyone could get a defence criminal laywer within couple of hours. There is a pool of death penalty qualified defense lawyers in Moscow, Idaho, so it was a matter to find out who is available right now.

In this case, it took probably 5 minutes phone call this morning, as everyone with even remote connection to JS knows about the case and its latest development, so the lawyer did not need long introduction to the case.

Watching the Pennsylvania pc while reading here. They are acting very sure he is guilty. No doubts there.

I can't make out if he has his tongue out or what. I see the forehead deep lines are still there.

Bryan Kohberger is back at the Monroe County, Pennsylvania jail. Judge says he has to be moved to Idaho within ten days.

1/3 Bryan Kohberger waived his extradition hearing. He had to sign a waiver in court. The judge explained to Kohberger the charges against him in Idaho and that he was voluntarily allowing authorities to transfer him to Idaho.

2/3 Kohberger told the judge he is not on any medication that would impact him making the decision. The judge said he has to be sent to Idaho within 10 days.

3/3 Kohberger came into court and made eye contact with his family sitting in the front row. He nodded at them. His mom cried and his sister comforted the mom. A deputy brought her tissues.

RE: Presser
So BK cannot see the PCA until he's back in Idaho?

  • #735
DA after having read sealed AA and PCA he believes defendant waived his right to extradition to find out what LE knows.

Speaker states he thinks the reason BK waived extradition because he wants to know whats in the probable cause affidavit

He said he thought BK waived extradition because he wanted to see what was in the charging record/document. I didn't get that.

FROM THE ARTICLE
I find this odd:
In fact, Stinchfield said his professor allowed the students to argue for better grades at one point in the semester to get a "courtroom experience."

"He brought in Bryan, and he was like, 'alright, go at him,'" Stinchfield said. "And he had Bryan stand up. And a few people were on his side because they wanted to keep their high grades... but for the most part, it was like half of a 150-person class just asking these real critical questions."

"It wasn't like yelling or anything, but it was certainly conflict," Stinchfield added.

As a TA, he is learning how to teach from his professors. I question whether bullying behavior, as I would define this, is necessary or useful.

150 students given the opportunity to complain about grading in this way seems very odd to me.

No wonder he declined to put much effort into grading after this experience.

While I think LE has their perp, I think we have to remember context in any discussion of his appearance or behavior in a classroom setting.

JMHO
Yes. Totally odd and unethical on many levels. No doubt the professor’s conduct will be reviewed. Geez. What a mess.

Looking for any signs of injury again. Does it appear that the underneath of his eyes may have some healing bruises?
Bruises would be long gone by now. (As they fade, they appear more yellow rather than black and blue in any case). He has no facial scars.
