Someone already replied to me that so far there are no reports of any injuries/scratches/bruises on his arms/face.

I agree most injuries to his hand would have healed by now! But I do see his hand seemingly irritated in the bodycam footage which gives me pause.
I do agree that the redness otherwise is likely from handcuffs!

So, in absence of reports of any injuries obserged by anyone (as you said), we can conclude that BK does not and he did not have injuries during the period related to this criminal case. Correct?

P.s. his skin may be irritated by tight handcuffs. Or he may be allergic to its surface, i am allergic to some metals and it could be real bad reaction.

Thank you for this. There is not any significant injury to his hands visible. All this speculation about his hands is crazy. If he injured his hands a little 7 weeks ago its not showing now. If he had a cut or scratch that may be visible but these pictures show if anything minor skin irritation which would have nothing to do with the murders.

I would guess that when he arrives in Moscow he would be taken straight to the Court for his initial appearance, then booked into the jail

Folks, I don’t think the Probable Cause Affidavit will be available to us the minute BK touches down in Idaho.

He has to appear in court before a Magistrate first.

Why do you say he has to appear in Court first? Prosecutor said it can be unsealed/released when BK is back in Latah Couty and is served with the PCA --at 8:59.

One month after the murders. Looks to me like there may be deep punctures and irritation - healing.
If so, it might be the source of good dna under the fingernails of one of the victims.

The bodycam as well as this photo actually do make his right hand look irritated. I don’t see cuts but it does seem inflamed, perhaps swollen. reminds me of a steam burn but of course that would make no sense unless it was totally unrelated (I have steam-burned my entire right hand) Moo

I feel like the PCA will end up being sealed- it’s better for the case to tamp down any news surrounding it (especially any new evidence)
