It's strange seeing the plane just south of Delphi. Too many crimes

Aren’t they nearly 6 hours early if his hearing is at 3:30 PT?
Maybe you’re thinking of yesterday’s hearing in PA, which was at 3:30. AFAIK, there’s no hearing scheduled in UT at this point.

Not familiar with American courts (or any actually TW) , please can someone tell me how many months now from initial hearing to prelim hearing , does defence get months to prepare, and do prosecution still need to get any witness testimony (character etc) or is their case already pretty much built fully by the time the warrants are signed off. Thanks a lot in advance

(paraphrasing)“We will not release details of the prisoner’s transfer to Idaho.”

- prisoner locator app shows released for transfer
- #1 watched flight on all flight tracker apps

lol

I hope he actually is afraid of flying.

Haha, I actually had the same thought. I looked up the plane and it has a sweet interior, but it's single engine which would freak me out on that long of a trip.

I'm sure it's a great plane, but I would not like being on it.

That is not a lot .
I'm sure additional funds would be available to get the job done. THE Idaho AG probably has some sort of prosecution assistance funds available, or the Gov could ask the legislature to authorize some funding.

Just heard law and crime network said….ugh, what a mess

I admit to being out of the loop on all things SK/ profiler related, but is this John Kelly fella an actual trained profiler who has made significant contributions to actual cases? He seems to pop up everywhere these days.

Also, v glad to see the flight tracking oppo in full swing -- honestly, reminds me of the NORAD Santa Tracker, without the fun, exciting, prezzies under the tree part.

Odd how we connect towns with crimes instead of vacation memories. JMO

The bodycam as well as this photo actually do make his right hand look irritated. I don’t see cuts but it does seem inflamed, perhaps swollen. reminds me of a steam burn but of course that would make no sense unless it was totally unrelated (I have steam-burned my entire right hand) Moo

Infected cut or injury? Definitely something going on.

We shall see. LE had 10 days to transport him to Idaho. They barely waited 10 hours to get him on a plane.
PA couldn't get BK out of their custody fast enough, although I don't blame them in the least.

With the Feds involved, I'm hedging on his flight escort being US Marshalls.
He isn't in federal custody, but the US Marshal's office could assist in transportation. But this is so far purely a state prosecution.

The suspect has been entered into VINELink - Idaho (empowering the victims of crime).

Agree, it seems like Felony Friday has been the day of action in the last 3 big arrests and hearings. It might even be Friday before we see BK appear in court in Moscow.
BK will haveto have an initial appearance either today or first thing tomorrow morning.

I’ve never heard of a 10 dollar ticket.
For not wearing a seatbelt.

I just googled my state of Colorado and it’s $20 for first offense, $50 for each subsequent.

OK Sleuths …

If the DA has BK’s bloody fingerprints, his touch DNA or his blood DNA at the crime scene OR a victim’s blood on one of BK’s possessions (car, item in his dumpster, apartment, office, etc.) ….

Will he take a plea to life without parole …

Or will he fight to the bitter end?
He could’ve been sick or saliva could’ve dripped during the act(s). Or maybe his nose bled if it was hit. Whatever, I can’t wait for justice to be served on this one.
