I’d say since Chris wattsIs this the most profile homicide investigation since OJ?
Not counting 9/11 although I guess that was technically a homicide investigation.
Boston bombing might come close but that was over in 4 days.
I'm following from Ireland so it's hard to guage the scope although it seems to have global attention.
Mere speculation but I would say this image & the weird rusty looking spot on his wrist seen in the Indiana police body cam raise questions about potential right hand/right wrist injury. What injuries? Can I see the link to reports he had injuries and when?
Somehow? We will have to wait and see. They would only have noticed scratches or cuts on the unclothed part of his body. If he was wearing gloves all the time in PA (while out of the house), might he not have done the same in WA? Perhaps latex or similar gloves (we have them available in the classrooms still, where I teach). Acting like a germophobe.
OTOH, he might not have had any such injuries at all. But somehow, he left a pretty usable DNA profile at the crime scene.
I thought about that, but it multiplies the risk to not take the shortest route to the Moscow jail. I think they will fly into PUW and get him inside as quickly as possible.I wonder if they will transport him by ground to a different airport where another plane will continue to ID? Just to throw off nosy flight trackers like me
I still think his knuckle on his right hand was healing and a laceration on the right of his right wrist. I think the swollen right hand in the Leto walk however may have been due to cuffs being tightI think we can only conclude that: a) he had no injuries, b) any injuries he received were in areas that we have not seen or c) have healed.
I also noticed the clothing on the arm of the police person. Didn’t look like a uniform.Would love to have a transcript of this one! LE is asking a lot more questions. Focusing on where they came from and where they are going. Does not seem like questions you would ask a random person pulled for following too closely.
Fight to the bitter end, IMOOK Sleuths …
If the DA has BK’s bloody fingerprints, his touch DNA or his blood DNA at the crime scene OR a victim’s blood on one of BK’s possessions (car, item in his dumpster, apartment, office, etc.) ….
Will he take a plea to life without parole …
Or will he fight to the bitter end?
The rest of us got that out of our systems in 2nd grade when we swiped bubblegum and had to clean the store for a month as punishment.Or intentionally breaking the law to see what it felt like, just like he asked in his research…. though a driving infraction to a quadruple murder is a bit much…
I believe both Indiana officers knew this car was under surveillance. Everyone played this so well. Waiting until BK got home to arrest him and having a search warrant for him and his parents home is priceless. Would love to know what all was found. This officer sounds to me much less jovial and more suspicious than the officer in the second stop.
Typically being pulled over for tailgating wouldn’t include questions about if either of them work at WSU, for instance, or where they were headed.
I still think this Indiana cop couldn’t have known, though. In the press conference we learned that only a handful of LE and prosecutors knew that Bryan was the one, and even if this police officer knew about the white Elantra, he also let him go.
Unless the officer was informed somehow that this car was under surveillance, that a plan was in place, and this officer obviously did not have the team with him that could effect an arrest of this magnitude.
Just my speculation.
It's a PC 12 47 E NG. Are the specs different? I'll be back in a jiffy with a link. The plane being used is a Pilatus PC-12 NG. It burns about 70.2 gallons of fuel per hour. It is 780 miles from Stroudsburg, PA to Champaign IL. The cruising speed of the aircraft is 328 MPH which equates to approximately 2.5 hours of fly time and given it's fuel capacity means it's time for a refuel.
I doubt it. This guy is an alleged killer of four, but he is hardly a national security risk, or some drug cartel kingpin who may have someone trying to either spring him or off him. The plane's flight is probably masked to the extent it is, because it is owned by Pa State Police, and is being used for official business, which is normal for many such aircraft. And he certainly does not warrant a decoy aircraft, and the cost associated with it JMOCould the flight be a decoy?
MOO the governor of PA would likely gift the people of idaho an expeditious trip by charter jet.very plausible but do you think Idaho tax payers will want him transferring to a luxury business jet?
Do you see what I mean?

This interaction seems strange or unusual in a way. The officer seems to be asking a lot of questions for someone only pulled over for tailgating. JMO. The few times I've been pulled over, there was no where near this level of questioning; although maybe it's because they were in an out of state car? Again JMO.
He handed his ID to the cop with his right hand. Put it right up there for the camera to see. I don't notice any injuries.I still think his knuckle on his right hand was healing and a laceration on the right of his right wrist. In the first traffic bodycam footage (but one released second/today) he seems to be hiding his hands between his legs
Yes the wounds would be healed but they’d still be red and not the same color as surrounding skin
I mean this in the most light-hearted way. Not meant to offend in any way. You remind me of a child on a long car ride..."Are we there yet"?Where is he now, flight wise?
