Thank you but I didn't see floor plans in that video.
It’s more some of the photos that were on Zillow. There is a guy on YouTube that’s approved here I think it’s Grant something I can’t remember. But he did a good video on the layout of the house edited to say Grey and his YouTube was linked above.

If the police believe the killer might have been driving the Elantra, that would seemingly rule out people who lived nearby, wouldn't it?
IDK, maybe not. It could be that a neighbor committed the gruesome crime, then fled the area in their vehicle---as an alibi so they could pretend they were several hours away the whole time?

First of all, I can't believe how much time this person put into this 3D animation and video. The video of the possible route that the killer may have taken in the house gave me the cold chills. It's at the end of the 3D animation of the house. With 3 levels and all those doors to bedrooms, closets and bathrooms - add in the house being dark - it would be really easy for someone to get turned around. Watching this video made me convinced that the person had to have some familiarity with the house.

Eric, can you just clarify this part of your most interesting post please ???

Are you referring this specific case when you mention one of the two girls was dispatched quickly by severing an artery???

And if so, are you able to provide a reference for that please? As I seem to have missed that part …

Many thanks …
No. I was not referring to this case specifically. I was merely providing an example of how you would be able to tell, of two victims, which was more than likely the target.

When you look at cases with multiple victims in a home, the target (if there is only 1) can be easily identified by the manner and cause of death. If the manner is the same among all victims, location of initial contact should be determined. Then the order in which each was detained (if bound) and/or murdered. After that, cause of death should be determined.

A really good example of this would be the manner and cause of death for Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman in the "Nicole Brown Simpson" case. While it took longer to cause the wounds that lead to the death of Ronald Goldman, the manner of those wounds (two large wounds to the aorta) was a really good indication, in relation to the wounds suffered by the other victim, that he was not the target (he got in the way, two stabs to a main artery dispatched him pretty quickly). Nicole Brown Simpson, on the other hand, was stabbed several times with wounds to her scalp, neck and blunt force injury to her head (please note, as I said earlier, the location of these wounds and how they scream "jealousy").

Resident of Idaho. IMO I wouldn't be thrilled about driving an Elantra in Moscow all winter. Doable if you have experience, ie learned to drive in a place with snow, but if you're from somewhere any warmer, and you're college-age, aka not possessed of decades of experience at driving period, not fun. I'd want decent winter tires on it for sure and there would still be some tricky days. I guess what I'm saying is IMO someone who drives that, there, stands a good chance of being from not that far away.

It’s awfully specific, in that we have a make, model, and year range. Gotta be surveillance footage I think.
If the car is from surveillance footage, I wonder if they can find/or have found same make/model/color from footage on different days. Also, if car owner affiliated with area colleges, wonder if they had to register car for parking with campus security?

Also super interesting that Police are not looking for the car after the murders were completed …. It seems very specific …

If you know of or own a vehicle matching this description, or know of anyone who may have been driving this vehicle on the days preceding or the day of the murders, please forward that information to the Tip Line.

They must have a specific thought in mind or missing piece to that part of the puzzle timeline.
