By the same token, I believe that postmortem positioning of the body — placing a pillow under the victim’s head, tucking them in, or brushing their hair out of their face, or “modesty posing”, for example — acts of compassion or remorse, as bizarre as that may seem — can indicate the person who killed them was not a stranger and perhaps had some degree of intimacy with the victim. Not that I think that happened with any of the victims in this case. (I lean towards a casual acquaintance only briefly known. Plus it seems the rage was just too great for even a moment of second-thoughts or regret.) But unless family leaks info about positioning or covered faces it’s something we’ll never know until an AA is released. But the A has to come before the AA. And hopefully sooner rather than later.
