Lol. He may have been leading it as an assistant or something. That would be fascinating.I wonder if this case was in any class discussion and if so, what the participation was like?

Anti-psychotics mostly cause weight gain.He must have a really good game face if his entire family works in mental health per this article and no one had a clue. He almost seems to have different personalities. Reminds me a bit of Russel Williams.

Bryan Kohberger: the OCD libertarian vegan who 'looked drugged'
Bryan Kohberger is in custody on charges of homicide for the Idaho killings. Relatives say he had 'obsessive' eating habits that went 'above and beyond' being vegan.www.dailymail.co.uk
I wonder if he was on anti psychotics or something similar, that caused the personality change and weight loss.
I would think that once you cut into the body of a human, you just might become a vegan after that. Just my opinion but I don't think this was his first kill.I wonder if that’s why the pup was spared. Not important, just curious…
Yes I heard them say that at the press conference but it doesn't mean that having a PD precludes BK from speaking to his interrogators. PD takes instructions from his clientHe has a public defender:
"Records show Kohberger was arraigned Friday morning in Pennsylvania, and he has a court hearing on extradition January 3. Thompson said the suspect is being held without bail, and he is being represented while in Pennsylvania by a public defender."

A grad student at a nearby school is arrested in the killings of four University of Idaho students | CNN
A graduate student at Washington State University was arrested Friday in his home state of Pennsylvania in last month's killings of four University of Idaho students in their off-campus home -- a brutal attack that rattled a small college town, authorities said.www.cnn.com
@mms9900I think he probably used some truths like he was a grad student but it was not through the university channels of approval nor did they know he had th the survey. I most research from universities requires participants to sign disclosure statements prior to doing a survey and graduate professors are also inventoried. I don’t think this was a legitimate survey and that he was using it to for other reasons or he was unaware of the research procedures at the school.
I’d be interested to hear from other studentsLol. He may have been leading it as an assistant or something. That would be fascinating.
It could also just as easily mean that he is already attempting to play mind games with LE by sending them on a wild goose chase hunting for an accomplice that doesn't even exist. You didn't see the report that he asked LE (when he was arrested) "Did you arrest anyone else?"
That is, so far, his only public utterance. Why would he ask that? I figure he might have been afraid that his parents would be arrested, is my null hypothesis right now. And maybe they did. And maybe they will be charged. We don't know. But BK is the one who put the idea in everybody's heads.
The other people involved do NOT have to have helped commit the murder. Maybe someone drove the Elantra that night. Maybe his parents knew he was the killer and harbored him. We do not know.
I am definitely speculating, but I think his question was intriguing (my guess is still that he worries that he has compromised his parents or other family members). Weird thing to ask, don't you think?
I had to look up schizophrenic orthorexia. I saw the article where the former aunt talked about extreme vegan. I also saw a couple articles where high school friends said he was overweight and bullied, but "easy-going," and then one summer he had some sort of break: lost a lot of weight, took up boxing, became aggressive and bullying. I wonder if the weight loss was connected to a mental break of some sort? The ones with the ex-aunt describing schizophrenic orthorexia without realizing she’s doing it? Yea.
True. Obviously his attorney would tell him to keep his mouth shut, but that doesn’t mean it happened. His DNA has no business being at that scene, so maybe he was smart enough to know he was done, and he wanted credit.Yes I heard them say that at the press conference but it doesn't mean that having a PD precludes BK from speaking to his interrogators. 'I believe the uber driver said it was mac and cheese - a specialty of the house at Grub Truck.
It was not a ramen place, IMO.
We’ve been hearing anecdotes faster than I have in most other cases. It’s coming.I’d be interested to hear from other students
Yep, most are known for weight gain.Anti-psychotics mostly cause weight gain.
am hoping that his arrogance and a top notch FBI interrogator can work their magic over the next few daysTrue. who thinks BK has already lawyered up & is ' No Comment' to all questions?
or who thinks that FBI's finest are already building up a rapport with him?
Thanks for the reminder about the Jack in the Box bag. I still find it kinda odd.
MOO: JITB is not probably worth a 15 minute drive

This is a much better theory than the pancetta in the carbonara sending him off the deep end.I had to look up schizophrenic orthorexia. For all we know, someone in his family alerted LE. Probably not, but the reality is we do not know at this stage. He must have a really good game face if his entire family works in mental health per this article and no one had a clue. He almost seems to have different personalities. Reminds me a bit of Russel Williams.
