I'm so relieved that we can finally talk about the elephant in the room, because this whole case stank to high heaven from the very beginning. Poor little man. :(

I agree. I have followed from the beginning, but haven't really posted because I've been sitting on my hands.

Oh my freaking goodness. This is just about the saddest news yet. I was really touched by what I perceived to be the parents pain and honesty. If this is true I guess I can't trust my own instincts anymore.

Can finally say what I have thought for a long while. How sad for these animals.

It's time to bring this baby home!

Exactly where I am too now.

What has seemed all too obvious can finally be said. The parents seem to be involved in DeOrr's disappearance.

Whew. I hesitated in posting my gut feelings last night and really tried to word my post carefully.
Now that they've been named as suspects much more can be freely discussed.
Hopefully, though, they'll come clean and there won't be need for further discussion.
I pray that happens.

I've never shared my theory because they weren't officially named suspects, but I think there's going to be meth involved. I don't necessarily think they killed him intentionally, but I think there's probably some pretty gross negligence here as a result of drug use.

I just hope they finally come clean so that this baby can be put to rest properly. I also think they should pay back or donate all of the money they've collected under the guise of finding their baby if they in fact knew this whole time he was no longer with us.

I'm sitting here in my office with tears in my eyes. That beautiful little boy. So many people would LOVE to have a little boy like Deorr. I cannot understand what brings parents to this point. There are so many options. I knew that they had been lying through their teeth from day one. Hell is too good for these people. God bless little Deorr. He is with his True Father now.

" "We don't want to jeopardize the investigation and charge them too early, for fear that we might find DeOrr and it might change.""

OMG does this mean what I'm thinking, that there's a chance he's still alive?

I took that to mean that finding little DeOrr might give additional indication of what happened to cause his death - but you're right, I guess it could mean that he's still alive! That would really be something!

http://www.eastidahonews.com/2016/0...ruthful-are-suspects-in-childs-disappearance/

Sheriff Lynn Bowerman tells EastIdahoNews.com the parents have changed their story “numerous times” about what happened during a family camping trip on July 10.

“Their timeline keeps changing, where they were at keeps changing, and movements and statements about DeOrr Jr. keep changing,” Bowerman says.

I have been silently reading & watching this from the day he disappeared. I have avoided logging in because I just knew I would say something that would be out of bounds, but finally- I am so glad that this is out in the open. Hopefully with everyone finally on the same page there will be enough pressure from DKsr & JM friends and family to own up to the truth. Thankful that Klein was able to come in from different angles that law enforcement couldn't touch and shake some things loose.

All the time, resources and money that have been dedicated to this case. It's sickening. I hope the parents are held accountable and I hope someone with authority is looking into the current fundraising situation (where they have raised in excess of 20K to pay for investigative services).

Wow, it's out there.

I'm not going to get my hopes up that he's alive though. Nope.
