I wonder if MP is freaking out over the news that LVD is being charged with the shooting of BB.

I didn’t know Lori was being charged. I thought that case is about the death of Charles Vallow.
Alex Cox shot at BB, and I believe MP was driving the Jeep.

I think a person doesn't suddenly get to a place in their life where they feel nothing for killing family members or inflicting cruelty and pain, even feeling happiness when they are lying dead in front of them, having no humanity. I think it makes more sense that the person was always that way, disconnected, without empathy or humanity, capable of inflicting the worst of the worst cruelty upon others, and the times when others saw them differently they were just manipulating them for gain, for the love they would get. I think she's probably always been a psychopath and a narcissist and it's the only answer, as to why.

If this is correct, I hope Melani P has gotten a reality check that after all, she could still be held accountable for her part in Brandon's shooting.Nothng would give me greater satisfaction than seeing her being found guilty for the part she played in all this. I hope she is very worried

So that statement from the Maricopa County Attorney's Office confirms she will be extradited for both crimes - Charles Vallow and Brandon Boudreaux!!

This is what I believe, too. The crazy cult stuff was a baroque embellishment and a convenient manipulative device. It may have seemed to suddenly show up, but the person underneath it all had always been there.

Arizona will want to try her. They don't want her to go free if she successfully appeals the Idaho conviction. I think there is only a small chance that happens but Arizona won't take that chance!

Arizona owes it to their citizens to throw the book at Lori. They completely dropped the ball when she flashed her eyes at the officers. One good man is dead and its the fault of the police department for not investigating. Maybe TD and JJ and Tylee would be alive right now! I hope those officers feel the weight of that mistake EVERY SINGLE DAY.

They have said that the shooter sat in the back and neighbors saw the gun sticking out the back window. After the shot was fired, the Jeep sped away. He had to have someone up front driving. Lori was in Idaho. Alex was in Tylees Jeep. I am sure Melanie P was the getaway driver. MP knew all of Loris plans from the beginning i believe and she bought into it. So much so, two of her own children were declared dark and she knew they were going to have to die. She is as evil as Lori and shouldn’t be on the streets. She should NEVER be allowed by a judge to see her children.

Would love to hear any input on the AZ part and how this could potentially shake out. My initial thought is after sentencing, she goes to AZ and then get's to hang out for "x" amount of time also in a county jail while awaiting trial. County jails (most) are soft. Seems like while long-term justice may be great, she'll have more short-term comfort. Will she again not waive her right to a speedy trial (didn't work out all that great the last time)

I will say that I do like AZ doing this as denying the speedy trial still bothers me.

Arizona has death penalty and insanity defense. However, in 40+ years of living in Arizona I have seen a few DP convictions but usually only for especially heinous cases. And Arizona seems to prefer "natural causes" as its method of execution. Look up Frank Jarvis Atwood. He sat on death row for over 38 years. I literally celebrated when his death warrant was finally issued last year and again when he was finally dead.

Murdering Charles could be said to be heinous but if you compare it other crimes where Arizona sought the death penalty I just don't think they will in this case.

She will be in Maricopa County Jail. Remember Joe Arpaio? It has only gotten slightly better under the new sheriff from what I understand

I'm familiar. I'd still rather her be in a state prison. I get she's not going to Alabama, Louisiana, or Cook County but still, most county jails are welcomed
