Thank you for the clarification. I remembered a death of an infant, but I couldn't place in what generation of the family it occurred or the context.

I listened to the whole video. I was shocked by the story of Stacey's death. I mean gobsmacked! Who does that?! What parents don't rush to the hospital from wherever to be by their child's side and to say goodbye?! That story made me so sad for Stacey, and quite suspicious of several other players in this whole sordid affair.

If anyone remembers Edwina Elcox, one of the attorneys hired by Lori along with MM, for her initial appearance way back when, in 2020, before the children had been found, she's one of the guests on the upcoming episode of Surviving the Survivor (Youtube), about Bryan Kohberger. I'm interested to see if she will make any comments about Lori's conviction. I'm thinking perhaps not, if there's any chance she might be selected to represent her in any future appeal, but still going to watch it in the hope she does. She withdrew from the case after Lori's hearing.

I remember one of MM's earliest court appearances on behalf of LVD... I felt as if I was watching some sort of legal hell on display, lol. 'Since IANAL, maybe he was okay but... I don't want to even think about him as a professor... those poor students. jmo

Any death in that circle is sus, but of all the deaths, it is the least suspicious. It's not an unusual age for SID. And regarding the inconsistent reports, some make SID more likely, such as a heart defect.

Unfun fact: pink foam frothing out of the mouth is pretty common for SID deaths.

Thanks for the info, but that's not exactly right. Both the idea that he resigned, and that he was about to be disbarred, were LH's speculation. All she knew was that the Idaho bar website says he is no longer a member of the bar there.

And her FOIA request was sent to the Idaho Bar, not to Means. LH hopes they will tell her more about why he is no longer an attorney.

Piggybacking on those comments, I went to the ID bar registry, and all it says is:
STATUS License Canceled 3/7/23

That is not recent, of course; it was all the way back before Lori's trial began.

In response to later posts by others, I also looked up Missouri, wondering if he had simply changed states, but he is NOT registered with the Missouri bar, according to the website. Not sure what the whole story may be, but it might have to do with some non-Lori-related (as I understood her to say) shenanigrey that LH alluded to in her remarks. (But perhaps it had to do with Chad? Who knows.)

If you're wondering, here's exactly what LH said about him. It was in response to a question about him allegedly leaking attorney-client protected info (regarding Lori).

"If Mark [Means] is sharing attorney-client privileged information, he's gonna get in bigger trouble than he already has been.

"I know that at one point there was a You Tube creator that was getting information, some of which was sealed information, through Mark Means. So, I know that that happened. I know that the court's aware that it happened. I know that Law Enforcement was aware that it happened. And none of it had any impact on Lori's case. Certainly I think it doesn't speak well for Mark Means.

"It would be really foolish on his part [if he's sharing client info]. He's already got a lot on his plate.

"He resigned, I think, from the Idaho bar, ahead of being disbarred. We know that he's no longer a member of the Idaho bar; but the Idaho bar's website doesn't really tell us why.

"I did however send them a FOIA request; maybe well get some information about what was going on there."

Her words were in this video, about halfway through.

LH can be interesting. But she does seem to manage to slip her way into strange situations, like a small relationship with the you tube leaking friend if MM. She was overly critical of the prosecution. IMO. Overly critical of Lori's defense, IMO. Like she wants to lay the groundwork to say, "I told you so."

There are people who are very judgmental and opinionated that keep a higher level of respect from me: like Heather Daybell.

I can't really put my finger on why LH can irk me (whilst having content I want to watch.) I guess I am inclined to think, yeah, it's largely her, that causes conflict with LM, judge B, etc. and she doesn't take much responsibility for it.

Edited to add: I am a quite judgmental person!!! I considered deleting this for hypocrisy. I decided to acknowledge it instead. I probably like Heather Daybell because I recognize the righteous babe in her.

In this way I was not a hypocrite. I think I do take responsibility for my part of run ins more than LH. I also would listen to it if someone disagreed with my self assessment.

Still, a better person would remember: if you don't have anything nice to say....and that goes for righteous babes, too.

I have this little "gripe" with Edwina Elcox..... SO SO often when they post any update on Lori, they would post that initial picture with Edwina. I just found myself rolling my eyes constantly! But I wondered if she benefited from that constant exposure!

Interesting that CD still lists employed at "Falls Printing". Since 2016. Was he a salesman? I was looking up "Falls Printing" and apparently a co-worker there was in quite a bit of problems for theft. Makes me wonder what CD got away with there.

HTC did not want to continue teaming with her once LH filed her motion to unseal. They did not want to get that involved or interfere with the case. Hmm.

The timing may not have been not too long after the MM/AR youtuber trainwreck. So perhaps just overly cautious in light of that fiasco.
