CA Police Interview: Sister Of Tammy Daybell's Friend

In this interview Lori's friend CA states that on June 9 Alex said that he wished he could just kill Charles. Alex believed that Charles was possessed. On the same day Lori admitted that she put crushed pills into Charles' protein powder when they were in Texas. A day later CA saw Lori again and informed her that she would go to police if anything happened to Charles. Lori tried to minimize her statement from the previous day. From then on Lori ghosted CA.

After Charles' death Lori apparently told another friend (N), that Charles and her brother conspired to kill her and split a couple of millions of her life insurance between them. She discovered their communication on Charles' phone.

Lori told her friends that she remembered them from previous lives. She believed she had visitations with the Savior.

Lori had a portal in her closet where she got revelations including information on her friends' past lives. It's unclear if she was communicating with Chad.

CA didn't know about Lori's involvement with Chad, but some other Lori's friends (MG, MBP and ZP) did.

Among other things. It really is raunchy and I can't in good conscience recommend anyone reading it. Carnal, sensual, and devilish, really. However, being his own words it does show his state of mind and clearly details his own feelings and experiences (even as it's in the guise of a novel) leading up to the tragic events, so there is some value in it and is critical evidence against him. I just feel bad for the jury or anyone else who has to wade through the mire in reading it.

SS wanted to move to Rexburg with her family. When she visited there (or at a February 2019 PAP conference in Boise), Chad predicted that her husband was going to die. He also said: "Don't be surprised if Tammy dies in a car accident. I need to complete my mission and I can't do it with her." SS was told that she was Chad's granddaughter in a previous life when Lori was his daughter (and SS' mother). Within the cult SS was in charge of the water element. When they cut her off in March 2019, Lori claimed that SS had been "breached" and spiritually attacked by Chad's writer friend JR.

I've been through 900 pages of the Daybell documents released from Chandler Police last week. We knew a lot of the information already but there are several new details and some findings that are downright bizarre. One interesting transcript is from July 11, 2019 - the day Charles Vallow was killed. Chad Daybell calls the funeral home where Charles's body was later taken and asks questions using the name Chad Dabell (no Y). See below. Before he died, Charles confronted Lori about a fake letter she apparently wrote to Chad pretending to be Charles. "Charles" asks Chad to write his life story. See letter below. A text message exchange between Lori and Chad after she finds out she is not the beneficiary on Charles's life insurance policy. See exchange below.

As i have stated earlier, and unfortunately have no idea how to find old links............. I feel that Charles was helping Lori make life for Joe a living hell. It has been stated that that was a primary reason for them moving to Hawaii for those years.

There are many facts that make me feel that Charles has a sketchy profile as well, even though we do conclude that he was quite the victim. It is hard for me to see any way to stay with Lori, without absorbing some of her evil and greed.

I have always had trouble accepting earlier reports of "what a wonderful person and mom" she was. I always feel it was just her masterful acting.

IIRC there was mention of Charles with regard to Joe Ryan in the CPS evaluation papers that were published a little over a year ago. Check the media thread from that time and I’ll also look around for a link for you.

Yeah. Sure. That isn't "sex" or anything. CD is the ultimate hypocrite. He isn't "cheating" on Tammie. Or rather, he doesn't want to write the actual act, probably because it was anticlimactic. The fantasy is almost always better than reality.

IMHO I’ve convinced more than ever that Lori is NOT incompetent… She is able to write letters but refuses to talk… clearly the actions of a severely spoiled woman who very well could be mentally ill or have personality disorder but she knows exactly what she is doing..I pray the doctors entrusted with making her competent can she through this ruse… the victims deserve justice and her manipulation was so clear with all this evidence… on with the trial!!

Chad: I love you. This is terrible, but it is probably another step in bringing down the Gadiantons, especially Brandon.

Lori: Nope. He can change it any time he wants. He's the agent and anyone can change their beneficiary any time with their own signature. I'm thinking it must be Kay.

Chad: Hmmm. It will be interesting if it got changed after he had two bullets in his chest.

Lori: I don't think it could have. U can't change it after the death date. They would review that.

Chad: Yes, I'm thinking Kay as well. She is probably freaking out that you got those computers. I'm going to shower and give you a blessing. I'm eager to get home so we can talk. It really will be okay, my love. You are wonderful."

I listened to Lori's brother Adam's interview with Chandler police after Charles was killed. He states that their parents knew about Lori's crazy beliefs, but said that "she's disconnected from reality because that's the only reality she can live in" and that "she's not hurting anybody". To the family Alex was a hero; they believed that by killing Charles he prevented him from hurting Tylee. Adam thought that Tylee could be persuaded to tell the truth if pressured.
