So there's a problem with second to last. I think they mean 'Preparing a People', which is the group that puts on seminars or conferences which basically charges money to attend and then there are people selling stuff at the conference. it's for people interested in end times, and emergency preparedness mixed with spiritual talks. That's not 'Chad's cult', that I'm aware of . They keep calling it a 'cult', but I don't think it's anything organized, just his views on the future and people who listened to him, read his books and believed his visions and claims of future events. Calling it a cult also seems to confuse people into thinking they are polygamists, which there is no evidence or suggestion of that, or that he formed his own church, which from what others have said about him, it doesn't sound like it. Also, if he had a calling in his church congregation as executive secretary up till Tammy died, then the claim that he was excommunicated in Sept. in the Daily mail has got to be wrong. If he was excommunicated in Sept, then he would have been released from his calling and he wouldn't have had it at her death in October--that is a for sure. So, those are two contradictory bits of information.
