We also know JJs personal prescription has not been refilled.

Just because you don't understand it doesn't mean that these people have done anything wrong. This is the problem...people base thing on what they understand rather than trying to look at other perspectives. It's the whole I don't understand so they must be guilty of something mindset. MOO

The simple fact that Chad and Lori aren't making the children available, even just to make this all go away, is clearly indicative of guilt.

And there are some (I'll volunteer) who could nitpick that and say that we only have vague statements from LE and (just recently) what appears to be a neighbor indicating that Tylee was seen in September. Best case for her, IMO, appears to be what you've laid out here, but there are enough claims and rumors (including quotes attributed to Chad and Lori) that there seems to be at least an outside chance that she is dead or disappeared sooner than September although where to is problematic.

There is a lot known. I don't deny that. What we don't know is if JJ truly doesn't have his medicine. They could have stock piled or had meds sent from Mexico to someone else that we don't even know about yet. People can go underground and still have stuff. We do know they are preppers so it wouldn't be unreasonable to think that they were just a little prepared. JMO

Yes, I've been following along. However, we still haven't heard from the POI's. We only know what has come from one side. Now if the autopsy's come back giving solid evidence that would make things a lot different. I guess I just don't want to pass pre judgment before I hear everything. MOO

It's just fine for you to post differing opinions here. 'Most of the regulars on this thread (who have been following this case for weeks) simply don't agree with you and have stated (and nearly all are accompanied by WS-acceptable "proof") as to why they disagree. You have any thoughts as to why she lied about the location of her children, and why she continues to stay silent?

Has she been manipulated and is fearful? Is everyone with her under same mental and emotion duress?

I don't know why Charles Vallow was killed.
I don't know why Tammy Daybell's body was exhumed.
I don't know why Alexander Cox died.
Nor why JJ disappeared.
Or why the police were told he is somewhere he isn't.
Or why Tylee is nowhere to be found.
Or her Mom said she is DEAD.
Or why Chad Daybell said his new bride has no minor children.
Or his house was searched with the FBI in tow.
Or Lori's townhouse was searched.
Or why Lori's son is pleading with her to make things right.
Or why a son has to make a plea on youtube because he has no contact with his mother.
Or why the FBI is involved.
And multiple police departments.

In my opinion, it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck.

That's certainly a possibility, that she and Chad actually believe some of the things they're reported to have said and are legitimately fearful because of it. If so, IMO, that's pretty darn scary if so. (And FWIW, I think there is likely some degree of truth to this theory for Chad, Lori, or both. MOO)

Yes, it happens. Friends or family members who want to defend the suspects/POIs often make accounts pretending they have no connection to the case and will take a defensive position under the guise of claiming they are being "open minded". I also think that legal teams for defendants accused of murder sometimes send their law students or researchers here to try out different arguments and see if we buy any of them. In this case, I think we may be getting some followers of Chad and Lori coming here from another forum/group. As long as posts are respectful there is no harm in opposing opinions. However, if there is too much drama in the threads, then the moderators will close the threads every night and only open them up again when a mod can be here to monitor. I hope that doesn't happen in this case because this is such a complex case with new info still coming out everyday. We should have plenty to discuss from the MSM that is within the rules without having to make this a forum vs forum contest or without repeating the same arguments back and forth until we are all sick of repeating ourselves. MOO.

They didn't have time for that. LE knocked on their door, they sent LE on a wild goose chase to Az and immediately scarpered without taking JJ's toys. That was 6 weeks ago.
