If AC had life insurance there is a good chance Lori was the beneficiary.

Surely once he married he would have changed it? Although perhaps he had not got around to it as he died only days after his wedding.

How would BB know what IP told police, unless IP told him about it?

The Article States & court filings reflect that IP has been cooperating with GPD on the BB shooting/ murder attempt.

Seems that BB as the victim would possibly be entitled to that information, but am not sure. For LE present on this forum, are you able to lend professional insight here? TIA.

I had only read he was asked to step down from his role as Exec. Sec. to the Bishop. Thank you and again my apologies.

Thanks. I must have missed it. Did it say why they got fingerprints from her in Idaho originally? Meaning was she fingerprinted for a crime or did the take them from somewhere else?

Here in California, your fingerprints (at least one) are taken by the DMV as a matter of course for licensing.

Your comment regarding the Cox family... we really don't know anything in regard to Lori & Alex's parents, do we?

Chad is no victim. She went off the rails after studying his books. They both had delusions of grandeur and fed off each other IMO. Both are greedy and evil.

I agree he has delusions of grandeur. IMO he’s also more than a little nuts, ridiculously impressionable, easily manipulated and his moral compass has gone kaplooey .

And she’s pure evil.

Yes, Chad wrote, said and believes really wacky stuff. But he was married to one woman for 30 years, established in his community, with no trail of dead bodies in his wake (until Tammy). And all his kids are accounted for.

Compared to Lori, who’d been married 4 times before Chad, had two soon to be ex-husbands suspiciously die, remarkably timed when she would still inherit their assets and collect life insurance (or so she thought). One husband documented she she wanted to kill him, she admitted she’d lie that the other was abusive just to win custody. Has a history of bouncing around like a geographic pinball between hither and yon. Then disappeared for months causing her son’s school to contact CPS. Came back in time to raid hubby’s business account before watching him being shot by her brother, then giggled with police and threw a pool party hours later. Texted her stepsons their Dad had died, lied about the cause of death and went ballistic 4 days later after learning she wasn’t getting his life insurance. A couple months later two of her three kids vanished from the face of the earth. What did I miss?

I imagine a deluded person who believes his own wacky stuff would be an easy mark mid-life for a manipulative, beautiful blonde that seemingly fawns on his every word. Eagerly swallowing whatever combination of fabricated “visions” and improbable lies she feeds him.

On some level the truth must be dawning on Chad. But the implications of admitting he’s been duped, even to himself, must be paralyzing. Rationalization might be his psyche’s only defense.

Yes, it’s hard to imagine he would want to believe her despite all evidence. But that believe would be the only thing keeping him from seeing the shambles he’s made of his entire life.

It sounds impossible. But lots of us are holding out hope the kids will be found safe despite only evidence to contrary. And our stakes aren’t nearly as high.

No doubt Chad has a lot to answer for, and I trust he’ll pay in all sorts of ways. At very least he aided/abetted after the fact, lied to LE and ignored all reason. Quite possibly he murdered his wife. Either way, he should pay dearly! But IMO there’s a reasonable chance he got into this mess because he’s the biggest buffoon on the planet.

I don't think she stated why but Annie did allude to JR being aggressive or angry. The fact that she did not even know he had died leads me to believe that she had no contact with him for quite some time. Then take into account that JR had been fighting for custody himself for years and its easy to see why the breakdown in the relationship with Tylee was the way it was.

Mother's knowledge of the whereabouts of her aunt's two missing children and her unwillingness to cooperate with law enforcement in finding those children, is daunting to Father.

I just looked this up out of curiosity... interestingly, it shows IP’s Attorney of Record is none other than: Bartholick, Sean Patrick. Hmmm. Perhaps a small-town coincidence?

Also, this is my very first comment after lurking for weeks. I too was eating popcorn reading these threads last night... I live in Idaho and this case is so devastating to all of us here. Thanks to everyone who tirelessly maintains this site and keeps us up to date on this tangled mess.

Even without K&L, did they expect Colby to never see his siblings again and be fine with it? Would it have turned into one of those cases when someone's disappearance is first reported years later?

I'm also surprised that Lori's parents did not seem to have any meaningful relationship with her kids.

I have wondered why Colby was exempt from this madness. Lori seemed to send him money when he needed it. He had a decent relationship with Charles. They didn’t seem estranged in the usual sense. Just growing apart as he got older. He lived close enough that Lori stopped by to say goodbye. Maybe he was considered to be one of the 144k to be informed later. I think there is more that we don’t know.

She's been charged with crimes before and Alex has too (Alex's seem to be serious). I can't say much more because it hasn't been reported by MSM. I can say that Alex at least has been charged multiple times with assault though, because that has been reported by MSM. Can't tell you what Lori did though.

I know others have answered that Lori is fair game. I’m just chiming in to say that if you have info on her that can be linked- news, court case, court records, police blotter, etc, please share. Many of us have spent lots of time trying to find the details on this case that further keeps it in the media in hopes of finding these kids and holding those responsible accountable. Please share if you have info.

I can likely imagine if you accidentally posted something not allowed someone here would notify you in time for you to edit your post and delete a non-allowed comment.

I don't think she's had any surgery...IMO, it looks the same.

she’s not smiling in the newest photos so the mouth is hard to tell. The nose though. Rhinoplasty? It’s noticeably different than earlier photos.
