As a consolation prize, I could accept this scenario:
Lori, in handcuffs, police issue ones
Chad standing there in his Pumas, baggie of cash in hand
Sadly waving buh bye

Well isn't that convenient.
Still, can't they be asked to provide proof he is being homeschooled? Lori can't be doing it herself since he hasn't been with her all these months.

I used to have a really, really hard time believing he was actively involved in Tammy's death. But, as time goes on, with his actions, everything out in the open, and what else I know, I'm having a hard time believing he was not involved or at least knew what was going to happen prior.I think one of the members here who knew him personally, described Chad as a wannabe leader. If Tammy didn't die of natural causes, I bet he was actively involved.
But just the fact that the child has not been living with her indicates that she hasn't been homeschooling him.Not true.
Lori took out JJ to "homeschool" him. There is virtually zero oversight for homeschooling in Idaho. No required tests, no letters to superintendent, no teaching qualifications (even for special needs children), nothing.
EDIT: The only thing "required" in Idaho is to teach your child the same subjects as public school....yet there is still noone/nothing to check that you are actually doing that.

Well, they wouldn't have much of a say if a judge orders her to provide proof. The homeschooling community and the HSLDA (Home School Legal Defense Association) would put up a fit and possibly file a legal case against them for violating "homeschool rights" by even asking such a question. MOO.
1-3 people are all I can think of. (ETA: And one of them died in December.)I like this but I also want to see Tammy get justice because in my heart I can't believe for a second she just up and died in her sleep from nothing, and the number of people who would have access to her and wanted her gone is pretty small.

Well, it might be a pretty good indication that he is not alive. It's a start, anyway.Probably a moot point considering they first just want to know he's even alive.
I'm low-key surprised they didn't set up house in the area where the faith healers lived and just said, well whoops, we done prayed for them kiddos but they just died on us, bye now.
Yes, I know, but Lori can still contact them or give authorities their names and they can verify that the children are safe. There are also no requirements on WHO homeschools. Parents can teach the school work, or outside tutors can, or other family members, or homeschooling co-ops and "classes." Even "unschooling" is a thing....where they are no teachers and children teach themselves with limited or zero oversight from adults (yes, really). All legally allowed.
Yes. She could have done that back in November. Instead she lied and then bolted. That doesn't bode well.Yes, I know, but Lori can still contact them or give authorities their names and they can verify that the children are safe.
If Tammy was poisoned for example, who could have done it without Chad's knowledge? She died in their house at night, with him present. It's not like there was an intruder involved.I used to have a really, really hard time believing he was actively involved in Tammy's death. Tylee went to Kapa'a High School at least one semester. She shows up on the honor roll for Fall 2017. I agree they probably had a circle of friends but they were not on Kauai very long (~1 year) and they likely socialized in Princeville which is hardly a "local community." It's mostly tourists and part time residents. I doubt they had too many local friends.I'm curious too, if she had lived on Kauai previously and had that juice truck, which thank God I never saw or went to... with her other husband- she had to have had friends here and her children too what school did they go to? Homeschooling is very common here, her circle would've been small on the island and she would've know it well after living here and repeated returns- she would've known probably more or less what would happen to her in an event like this here, which as we see so far is nothing really. Wheres all the preparing a people people and those who claim to have psychic gifts- why cant they tell us where those kids are?
if they "get away" i will scream. how have they not had eyes on these 2 for the last 5 days and know exactly where they are at this moment, in case they need to serve them with a warrant when the kids don't show up at 17:00. how is this convoluted mess even real?
