Yes I think murder of her children. IMO, it's not just absence of evidence that they are alive, that's a huge reason.

Exactly.

At this point the state does not have to prove they are dead. Reasonable suspicion is enough to arrest.

And the absence of the kids, without explanation, for so long, not to mention the wild goose chases and fleeing to Hawaii, of itself creates a fair amount of reasonable suspicion

IMO the state would want to charge something a bit less than murder at this point - but I don't know enough about Idaho law as to what the options are.

I suppose if they can determine Lori was the one that posed as Tylee on the text to Tylee's friend (from Tylee's phone) they could get her for tampering with evidence? Jmo

Consider they've now searched 2 homes? 3? And a vehicle. The autopsy results may well be back also on at least one if not two people.

You can wager that LE has far more evidence than we know about. Kelsey Berreth's body has not yet been found, but her killer was convicted based on evidence and testimony.

One of these two is going to roll over on the other, IMO. It'll be interesting to see who cracks first.

This may have been answered already but is it possible the kids are out of country? Could they have been put on a plane or moved through a network of AVOW members? Could they go anywhere without passports being logged? Canada, Mexico, or even elsewhere? Not sure how kid travel works.

If they crossed into another country illegally, sure. Jmo

There would be a manifest for any air or sea travel AFAIK. I feel like Canada would be harder to hide them but Mexico? Easy peasy, there are whole communities of fringe religious groups past the border. I thought Mexico a while back, but I feel like murder is just easy for these people.

I travel with my kids and they couldn’t go out of country without a birth certificate (and that only works to Canada or Mexico). So yes, if someone had the kids’ BC, then they could take them to Canada or Mexico.

ETA: and that only works for driving.

Nope. Police would know about travel even though we don’t. There is no way the kids could leave the country without passports and without the feds knowing.

Example story. Years and years ago I was in Puerta Vallarta with friends. We hired a small motorboat with guide for fishing. He made some comment about so news in the US? In the course of the day we learned he lived in a shack "up there" with no running water, no electricity. Spoke perfect, fluent English. That gave me pause. Jmo.

It's not hard to hide.

Could be, but I dont think its likely. Just a note on passports, I've crossed international borders several times without one. I wouldn't recommend it as a sure fire method, but there are a lot of people that dont care about being too good at their job. Leaving the US is never a problem, getting back in is more tricky, but is still doable. Once at the Canada border I just had to boy-scout promise I belonged there.

The only caveat with this is, the kids have been missing since September and there was no one looking for them until November. That's a lot of time to put them somewhere, although I don't believe they flew anywhere.

Oh my gosh.. Maybe a rating system like R or M17 . It will need to be for all of 2019. Now do we wonder/know what was going on when Tammy is sent to see her parents during Spud Harvest and LDS Conference weekend? MOO
BBM. Different topic from the dancing video but here are some of my thoughts on the Spud Harvest that have been rattling around in my head for a while now.

I wonder where Chad's adult kids that lived with him and Tammy were at Spud Harvest time/when Tammy visited her parents? Not that we can sleuth that, but I wonder if they also were sent away on a vacation like Tammy or if they were possibly busy helping with the harvest and gone from the home extra hours those days? Could Lori have actually been in Chad and Tammy's house a few times while Tammy visited her parents? I was also thinking about the "paintball gun" incident and how the masked person ran behind the house. What if Lori was there seeing Chad while Tammy went to her enrichment night and the masked person was actually a lookout? Why did he run behind the house? Maybe to meet up with someone else who would be running out the back door when Tammy came home? Maybe the shooting was to scare her or distract her long enough for Lori to slip out the back?

I'm also wondering these things as I think about the question if Tammy was poisoned as is suspected-- how was the poison delivered? I wonder if Tammy took vitamins or supplements that no one else in the house used? Or if there was a food item that only Tammy used? Could the poison have been planted while Tammy was away visiting her parents? Could it have been hidden in something that she didn't ingest until the night she died? Similarly for Alex, if he was poisoned, the person(s) planting the poison need not be present on the date Alex died. Although proving who planted the poison in both Alex and Tammy's death may be difficult-- unless the police have internet search histories showing a suspect/suspects searching for info on a certain poison. Also if the same poison was used in both Alex and Tammy's death-- that could be a smoking gun, so to speak.

MOO.

That’s not true, you can travel to Canada or Mexico from the US as a kid on a birth certificate or similar. Anywhere else you need a passport and sometimes a visa as well.

I am simply saying that Alex will be a convenient scapegoat. He will not be here to defend anything she says. There is no proof of anything and that is the key. Unless someone talks.....which no one is doing
I wonder if any of the adult Daybell kids have been interviewed recently in light of TDs autopsy results pending..maybe they have been able to provide some additional information that could have prompted the most recent search warrants. Moo.

Questions: Would the SS death benefits from Tylee's father have to be issued in Lori's name until Tylee is 18? If she was indeed emancipated, would they be issued in Tylee's name? Are they a paper check or direct deposited?

The TSA doesn't require ID for minors for domestic travel. They could have flown within the US without drawing attention back in September.

Yes they would be paid to Lori. ETA: Direct deposit.

The only place I've seen mention of Tylee being emancipated is

1. In a couple of dailymail articles in quotation marks and
2. On these forums

If there is some kind of actual documentation or court decision to emancipate here, she would not be listed as a minor. Can we source this or not?

Justin Lum Fox 10 Phoenix

ETA: Docs of Tylee's statement are up on his FB.

20 minutes ago Justin says he's "about to release more documents on the Charles Vallow case."
