Let me get this straight:

JBR was found dead in her house, and there were three other occupants there the same night. They fall under an 'umbrella of suspicion' (not a criminal science term). They were under no umbrella until someone said they were. There was no 'smoking gun'.

The 'umbrella of suspicion' evolves into a public presumption of guilt. The evidence is then construed to fit the RDI scenario. This requires, though, that the existing evidence be construed in ways that oppose their appearance.

RN author's penmanship and spelling appear to be bad. PR's writing and spelling are a lot better. RDI explains that PR nervously squared off the corners of letters she wrote with her left hand, while deliberately misspelling words.

RN author states there was a kidnapping. The crime appears to be a botched kidnapping turned murder, since JBR was found dead. RDI, having presumed guilt, declares the RN 'bogus' and 'fake'.

JBR appears to have met an unusually violent end for a child murder victim. RDI, unable to find a motive for such a killing, declares the crime scene 'bogus' ,'faked', or 'staged'.

In reality the evidence doesn't fit the RDI scenario, does it.

It fits perfectly w/ a RDI.You have to twist it for it to not fit.
You'd get along real well w/ an ex of mine.

JBR was found dead in her house, and there were three other occupants there the same night. They fall under an 'umbrella of suspicion' (not a criminal science term). They were under no umbrella until someone said they were. There was no 'smoking gun'.

And they are STILL under that "umbrella of suspicion", because YES, they lived in the house, Patsy couldn't be ruled out as the author of the RN, John's Israeli shirt fibers were found on the crotch area of JB's size 12 panties, and inside her crotch area, Patsy's clothes fibers from that night, were found ENTWINED in the garotte, and in the paint tray, the RN was written on THEIR note pad, using THEIR pen, the pineapple bowl had Patsy's fingerprints on it, along with Burkes. The flashlight, wiped clean of fingerprints...ALONG with the batteries...belonged to them....this is almost PAINFUL....need I go on?? NO WONDER they are still under an "umbrella of suspicion".

The 'umbrella of suspicion' evolves into a public presumption of guilt. The evidence is then construed to fit the RDI scenario. This requires, though, that the existing evidence be construed in ways that oppose their appearance.

Name one part of existing evidence that has been construed in ways that oppose their appearance.

RN author's penmanship and spelling appear to be bad. PR's writing and spelling are a lot better. RDI explains that PR nervously squared off the corners of letters she wrote with her left hand, while deliberately misspelling words.

Give me a BREAK!!!!!.....One word was misspelled. Oh but yet, attaché was spelled correctly??? Notice how attaché has the same French accent as JonBenét?? Gee...how "ironic". The word that was misspelled was done on purpose....as a disquise....to throw suspicion off of HER. 10 experts have said that Patsy IS the author of the RN....what more evidence do you need? I have two sisters that are ambidextrious like Patsy, the right hand does not write identical to the left.

RN author states there was a kidnapping. The crime appears to be a botched kidnapping turned murder, since JBR was found dead. RDI, having presumed guilt, declares the RN 'bogus' and 'fake'.

How many other kidnappers/murderers leave an almost three page RN? This is a murder turned kidnapping scheme, done by the parents. That's why NO intruder has ever been caught...Its so obvious...

JBR appears to have met an unusually violent end for a child murder victim. RDI, unable to find a motive for such a killing, declares the crime scene 'bogus' ,'faked', or 'staged'.

The authorities have said that the crime was "bogus", "faked" or "staged", too. So, its just not the RDI posters that think this.

In reality the evidence doesn't fit the RDI scenario, does it.

In reality the evidence doesn't ft the IDI scenario, does it? Because it sure as HECK fits the RDI scenario.

My reply to you is written in red...above.

OK, red, above, right. But did you read my post?

One more time: the core evidence appears to indicate a botched kidnapping turned murder. The perp threatened, in writing, extreme and deadly violence to a child (beheading), and apparently carried out extreme and deadly violence on a child (garrote strangulation and headbash).

This is what the core evidence indicates. This main evidence does not indicate any RDI scenario.

To fit an RDI scenario, the main evidence has to be construed in a way that opposes what is indicated.

IOW, RDI stands in opposition to what is indicated by the primary evidence.

Holdontoyourhat,

mmm, more like a standard incest case, where the victim is not playing ball, and her killer attempts to silence her, this scenario has been played out in numerous criminal cases, its not new, only some aspects of the staging are unique. Remember JonBenet not only displayed signs of prior chronic abuse but also of, sexual activity , verbatim from Coroner Meyer, around the time of her death.

So the forensic evidence, as distinct from personal opinion, tells you JonBenet was being sexually molested at the time of her death, she was strangled and bashed over the head. The rest is staging by one or more of the residents of the Ramsey household.

You can twist perception, realty won't budge - RUSH

RN author states there was a kidnapping they lied - kindnappers kidnap then kill, not kill and forget to kidnap.

What the invisible kidnappers threatened, in writting is not what happened to Jonbennet. To compare the various forms of brutality used is rubbish.

The RN author asked for, in writting money and indicated in writting they would call, they didn't.

The RN author used an foreign faction alias and initails to hide their identity, but you claim Patsey was too dumb to fake her handwriting? Thats silly ;)

lol, yea, they don't particularly like him, they just hate him enough to KN and kill his 6yo daughter.
the "so I advise you not to provoke them" was just JR's way of putting something in there as an excuse not to call or contact the ppl whom he made out to be the 'suspects' in the note, ie-the 'gentlemen of the SFF who are watching over his safe and unharmed daughter who will live to see 1997 as long as JR follows their instructions to the letter and doesn't talk to so much as a stray dog'.(etc).Whom were really supposed to be former disgruntled AG employees,ie -JM and friends.

And my mother-in-law!!!

Try to make a friend of your mother-in-law. Your husband will adore you for it ;-)

Even if you don't agree with her, pretend you agree. If she tries to tell you what to do or how to do it, thank her and tell her that she has great ideas - and then do your own thing anyway. My father gave me this advice when I first got married and it worked for me. My MIL and I were polar opposites but I gave her her place (or rather led her to believe I was giving her her place) and over time we gained a mutual respect for each other. Before her death, we were firm friends and allies and I miss her dreadfully.

LOL...my husband doesn't like her EITHER!!! And its his own biological MOM! Its not just the problem of agreeing or disagreeing. She is the most selfish person that I know...her poodles come before her children or grand-children. My list could go on and on...about things that she has done. My husband had to go into therapy because of her....she has severe problems. Yeah, maybe I will miss her when she dies...but, I sure will not miss her selfish ways. I HAVE TO TELL YOU THIS!!! OMG....okay, she had always wanted a little girl, but she had two boys instead. Well, everytime I get pregnant....or my sister-in-law gets pregnant....my MIL says that she wants another grand-daughter....she has three...soon to be four of them. Well, when my SIL had her boy, it was born pre-mature and almost died. My MIL wouldn't even come up to see it at the hospital...BECAUSE it was a BOY!!! My SIL called her and said..."Why haven't you been to see your grand-son"....and my selfish MIL...says..."Well, because I just don't think that I could LOVE a little BOY!" So, my SIL says..."Well, you may not love him, but he loves you."
What exactly does that say for the two sons that she raised???
Well, thats the type person that I have to deal with. That's why I say that I "do not particularly like" my mother-in-law. She is a real piece of work.

LOL...so true....I love my Father-in-law to death. When he dies, I will miss him like crazy.....his wife on the other hand...is a totally different story. She is rude to my kids, and once told my then 8 year old...when we were getting ready to move 2000 miles away the next DAY....to quit bothering her, because she was getting on her nerves. She gets botox injections every three months, she has a LIP IMPLANT to plump up her top lip..because she is allergic to collagin, she had a boob job, and liposuction. She is 62 years old, and yes..she looks great....I wonder why? She still goes to tanning beds, even though she has had skin cancer.....oh yeah, and she had a face-lift...how could I forget THAT??

Yeah, I know. I have posted this before....but, when we were getting ready to move...2,000 miles away...we had stopped by to visit her for one last time, because we didn't know when we would get to see her again...and THOUGHT that she may want to see her grand-daughter...who was 8 at the time . My daughter knew that it would be a long time before she saw her grandmother again....so she kept following her around (she is attached to her for SOME reason)....so my MIL tells her that she is getting on her nerves.

No, most people that I talk to, can't comprehend it. She is just an oddball. We go back and visit my family and his, once a year..and one time, when my youngest daughter was about 1 and 1/2....my MIL had gone to the store, and came back with some stuffed animals. And I thought...how sweet, she actually bought her something. Well, the stuffed animals were for her POODLES to play with. They have money...but, all of it is spent on either her, and her liposuctions, and face-lifts...or those dang poodles. That same time that we were visiting...I heard my MIL talking in another room...and she was saying..."You are soooo pretty, and you have the most gorgeous eyes"...and I thought....(I should have known better) .....oh, how sweet...she is complimenting my youngest daughter...who DOES have huge, blue eyes. Well, when I walked into the room, she was still dishing out the compliments...but only then did I realize that she was holding her POODLE up to her face, and talking to IT!!! She is such a weirdo. I have to admit...I have never, EVER met another grandmother like her. She is definately one of a kind. The most selfish woman that you would ever meet. 90 percent of all grandparents, feel the same way that you do....and that's the same way that my husband and I will feel when WE have grandchildren. My father-in-law is just as bad with the poodles...he never would invite either one of my girls, to go for a ride in his truck...even though he knew they that they wanted to go with him, but yet...he would always take his poodles. My husband said, that those poodles will have to be the ones caring for them, when they end up in a nursing home. ...LOL
