CPD needs to issue warrant for his arrest. They certainly have enough evidence. Phone records, receipts for items from the 2 brothers, eye witness who saw the 3 together in JS elevator, etc.

Reporting a false crime, federal mail fraud, full restitution for all expenses incurred to investigate this nonsense and certainly there is another federal charge pertaining to hate crimes.

This is a despicable crime IMHO and warrants prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

Then if he was interviewed by the FBI (I'm sure he was) there is that whole lying to the FBI charge. There's a whole host of people in Washington that can counsel him on that one. He may end up getting the opportunity to have a tea party with some REAL high profile people.

When my daughter was younger we took her to a birthday party for her BFF from preschool. It turned out to be in a housing project. And yes, I was pulled over by LE and questioned about why I was there.

Another time, years ago I made a wrong turn into a different housing project and was pulled over a few minutes later.

Maybe it's just me. I'm a blonde white woman from the burbs driving a Subaru SUV, definitely suspicious. Lol.

I will say that at some of the public housing in the big city where I live, some of the residents sell drugs out of their homes to make income. I can only assume that the police stake themselves out near there to see if they can "catch" people that have just bought product & get them to turn on the dealers. The housing areas are owned by the government (obviously) & they are always on the lookout for people coming & going who they know don't live there to try to make sure that people are not abusing their housing privileges. BTW, I love your car choice!

I guess one of the first tip off when Jussie requested to do the GMA interview and insisted that it be Robin Roberts to do it, because she had done a cameo appearance on the show Empire where he had met her. He felt that he "knew" her. She, being a consummate professional obliged but was leery from the start. I guess when that happens his "people" meet with her "people" and the handlers set it all up but no real one on one prior to. I guess that's why she looked "like a deer in headlights" during the interview.

I believe that Empire was the first "hit" that the Fox Network had seen in a very long time. Other than Sports programming that they had to pay HUGE $$$ to get. I think it's safe to say that they will leave no stone unturned to protect their Empire situation. No pun intended.

In the article that I linked above it is stated that Jussie asked for the interview on GMA. He specifically insisted on Robin Roberts to do the interview. ABC went along with doing the interview as all the networks wanted to do it. Going into it, the interview was considered a real "Get". Then as the interview unfolded I guess everybody just looked at each other. Apparently they thought the same things that we did but because nobody would dare report it yet, even we couldn't discuss it then. I believe it was the ride sharing service that did them in. I can't believe the ride share car even had a camera.
