No, it sounds like they do have evidence. But the case isn't a priority given more serious cases so they made a deal with his bond money and community service. He has not been exonerated. That is my understanding given current statements from authorities.

As I mentioned earlier in this case he paid for a handicapped van for a child so he is known to be charitable for causes. IMO

And I pay for lottery tickets to support the local Cancer centre but it doesnt give me a free pass for crimes.

They didn't prosecute because it would cost money and there are more important crimes. But they didn't know this when they were spending all that time and money investigating? They're just protecting JS because he's a sacred cow.

According to the prosecutor it was dropped due to facts and I'm assuming that means lack of facts to support a case.
At any rate have fun and enjoy the continued battering of Jussie. IMO
