"It’s like they’re hell-bent on not solving the crime / Taking out the elements of race and trans and homophobia that’s straight taking lives / But turn around and act like I’m the one that killed the strides."

Elsewhere on the track, he says,

"Some people searching for fame / Some people chasing that clout / Just remember this ... this ain’t that situation / You think I’m stupid enough to kill my reputation."

"Just simply to look like a victim / Like it's something fun / Y'all better look at someone else / You got the wrong one."

:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

"You think I’m stupid enough to kill my reputation"

Yes. You are that "stupid". You literally preened in your supposed "victimhood". This backfired and you have made your life about your lie. That is your "reputation".

Per the article, the proceeds of this 'song' will go to the Rainbow Push Coalition, and the Illinois Innocence Project. For reals....
Also listed with the possible profit proceeds was the "Secure the Bag Safety". I personally do not know what that organization may be ( not going to look it up either)...but I would rather like to think it might have to do with the Subway bag....saving his sammich ?????

Just my musings

I said almost the exact same thing. Mine was "Oh for crying out loud, shut up already".
I'm not sure who his audience is, as in, who actually believes him.
His over-the-top, theatrical (and not even talented ones, at that) protestations are sickeningly cheesy.

Poor Boy... such a total victim. *eyeballs rolling SARCASTICALLY*

Jussie don’t go away mad. Just go away. Please. Enough already!

Would the Illinois innocence project want tainted money?

Would the Illinois innocence project want tainted money?

My guess is that the IIP would claim otherwise. They are willing to let JS put their name on his proceeds, so they must agree with his claim?

JS could be their poster. I am sure he would be happy to pose as an innocent victim of the criminal justice system.

IMHO any Illinois Innocence Project should be standing behind the duped and wrongly accused Osundario brothers...imho and all.

I underestimated him. I figured we’d get a break from Jussie for a couple months at least.

He’s a person of impulse. He’s going to make as much noise as he needs to in order to stay in the limelight. He’s desperate to be seen as someone important. An opportunist.
