IL - Actor Jussie Smollett, hate crime hoax, Jan 2019 *Guilty* #7

I am curious as to how Fox Nation has enough material for a five part documentary...

IMO, Jussie hired the Osundairo Brothers who then played their part in the supposed 'hate crime'.
The 'crime' was then thoroughly investigated by the Chicago Police, and determined that Jussie Smolett had both planned and participated in the crime.

IMO, the evidence is pretty clear.

I am watching the show on Fox Nation, it is pretty funny. Most of what we have seen previously. The funniest part is when these reporters talked about the attack, during the "Polar Vortex". They all "knew" it was staged, but no one could say anything. Because Smollett was a "victim".

The "brothers" are hilarious. Give them a show.

I lived about a block and a half from where this happened. While there is a little riff-raff in the area, there is none when it is freezing cold out. I knew he faked it.

Omg I know right…. It was so fake from day 1…. I don’t really watch tv but I did know who Jussie was & liked him - very quickly became impossible to read about him without overwhelming secondhand embarrassment

Of all the ludicrous nonsense Jussie engaged in here, his attempt to continually blame these two dudes who tried to help him out as pals - and to frame them & keep on framing them as having committed a racist gaybashing attack!! - is beyond pathetic & disgusting. I can imagine his self-obsession may have made the rest of his offenses here seem victimless….. but the part with framing the Osundairo bros is incomprehensibly deranged

There are a lot of interviews with different people, one guy, who originally supported Jussie, flipped, because he had been a victim of crime, and said that very few victims are able to be so flippant when discussing the situation.

This is an interesting perspective. And very true.

Yes that is so true! its like the moment it really clicked was when I heard he was still wearing the “noose” when LE arrived……. no victim would keep that on & walk around wearing it

I don't think that the video from Jussie's apt building was ever shown, it shows him walking into his building after the "attack", holding his Subway bag, with his sandwich, and his phone.

Who would still be holding onto a sandwich after they had been the victim of a crime? I would think he dropped the sandwich and ran, but no, JS was not going to waste a good sandwich...

In the police body camera footage, Smollett is seen with a noose around his neck. The video also records Smollett asking the officers to turn off their recordings.

Illinois State's Attorney Kim Foxx has announced she will not run for a third term in office.
Seems she feels vilified by the Jussie Smolett case......

Did Spel-Czech alter the word order here???

The actor has been out on bail since March 2022 after being being sentenced to five months in jail, fined $25,000, and ordered to pay restitution to the city of Chicago of just over $120,000, in connection to staging a hate crime against himself and then lying about it to police.

Still awaiting his fate, Smollett has been spending a lot of time on the West Coast in recent times, hanging out with supporters like Henson, who reunited with her former colleague on Saturday for a workout that may included a hike, according to TMZ

"Supporters" of Jussie Smollett? Does this mean that they believe that the Osundairo Brothers are MAGA hat wearing homophobes, who launched an attack against JS at 2am, on one of the coldest nights in Chicago? They hated JS so much, they took an Uber to his location, stalked him, not even knowing he would leave his house to buy a Subway sandwich at 1:30 am?

Or, does JS have friends who feel badly for him, and are trying to provide support by not avoiding him? Be careful, we can all see how JS treats his buddies. By framing them for criminal assault.

Has he served his five months in jail?

Was JS concerned about ---
- Wasting a good sandwich?
- Or holding it so he could charitably give it to a homeless pqerson?
- Maybe keeping it until he was back in his apt. to dispose of, you know, so he did not litter?

Well, although I believe Smollett committed a hoax AND a hate crime, I’m aware that people can do some rather strange things when they’re in shock—so hanging on to a sandwich doesn’t seem all that strange to me. Definitely humorous, though!
