Fair (19) arrested & charged (12/14/18), indicted (1/9/19) & arraigned (1/17/19) with 4 counts of 1st degree murder. Plead not guilty. $5M bond. DA will seek life sentence.
Trial set to begin on 1/13/20.
1/17/19 Update: Plead not guilty. Next Pretrial hearing on 2/11. Trial is currently scheduled for 4/22/19. 2/11/19: Next Case Management Conference hearing on 4/2. @Niner I can’t seem to get the site to work this morning. I tried it by case number and by name but it keeps giving me error messages. I will try again later today and also tomorrow morning. I have a feeling the website is updating or something similar.

@Niner I finally got in. There is a “Status of Fitness” hearing on 5/5/2020 at 0900 in courtroom T611 on calendar. That is all there is for now.

ETA: All previous conferences have found him unfit to stand trial.

@Niner It looks like they did the Status of Fitness hearing last week on 4/28 and found him fit. There is now a status hearing set for 5/12/2020 at 0900.
