I wonder who was using one of KAK's devices on the wifi at a house on Country Club Rd in Peru on (apparently) 2/13/17? And whose house that was?

I think the line of questioning about working on cars/interest in cars is significant. Perhaps relating to evidence found at the scene.

Because the interview is a bit confusing (I read a transcript) it seems that the investigators were alleging that in a particular time frame, two different devices -- which were both in located in the same residence --
were logging in and using the Anthony Shots profiles but in an alternating fashion, not at the exact same time. But logging in one right after the other, then switching again, multiple times -- which is very suspicious. Why would only one person be using two devices in this way?

LE also says that the pattern of writing/conversation on the Anthony Shots account is sometimes different enough that it appears more than one person is using it to communicate.

I just read the latter part of the transcript in question, and I seem to recall from it that the EmilyAnne profile was used on his earlier 2016 phone, hence they weren't as interested in that one? Don't quote me though lol. I must say all this new info (to us) is stunning to read! Does anyone know how the transcript got leaked and to whom? I hadn't heard yet.

Oh, I do recall a search on Bicycle Creek Rd. or some such similar name at the time! But I don't know about Country Club Rd.

The grandfather that recently passed lives at an intersection of that road. Interesting that KAK 1. doesn't know that (or is lying) but also, doesn't have a license (maybe due to seizures) all of this in his interview.

LE was insistent on this. They mentioned it more then once. I think that is extremely important.

I don't remember a search warrant reported served at Country Club Rd but this location is in Miami County (Peru Township), not Carroll County, so it's possible that any police activity there would not necessarily be obvious to the media that it was related to the Delphi investigation. Clearly there have been numerous search warrants attached to this case that the public was totally unaware of.

I would really like to know whose wifi KAK's phone hooked up with on Country Club Rd, too, AND when on Feb. 13 that took place. In the interview, it kind of sounded like LE was using that data to prove KAK was not with his father, like he had claimed. But in a way, if they can prove it was KAK using the phone, it might also clear him from being at the crime scene during the time of the murders.

Less than a week after the murders, a girl saw a man peering into her window with a ski mask on. The girl was the daughter of a family who KAK used to live with off and on. She had been communicating with a_shots and had given her address.

So, LE has timestamps for everything. They have identified two different users on the a_shots account, due to the language used. My thought is that there are identifiers in his online activity that would allow LE to say, "okay, KAK was the one at Country Club Rd, or KAK was at home looking up while ski mask perp was at her window," etc. Or vice versa if the other user was on during those times. jmo

they have dna even if its complicated and partial..they claimed they ruled ppl out previously..so these two should have been by now ..
and if they cant even prove a catfish through a clear text about meeting in that instance or even that they could be placed at the scene

I think the line of questioning about money/who pays in Las Vegas was interesting, too. KAK was jobless and carless but the anthony_shots acct sent money to a victim in this case, and possibly more the acct had catfished.

I read the transcript. Here's a few more things I noted:

• KAK says he has a Grand Am, and mentions going places, but he later says he doesn't have a license.
• KAK denies, multiple times, using the iPhone 3 in 2015. He claims he used it in high school. Most of the very young CSAM is from that 2015/2016 time. A lot of the 12+ stuff seems to coincide with KAK and he doesn't deny it.
• Pg. 67-70. It's exchanges from "emilyanne" with another girl who says she's 13. This conversation goes back and forth about her being with an older man at different ages (like would she have been willing to be with a 37 yo when she was 10). This is fairly consistent with TK's age in that timeframe, I think.
• Pg. 74. Yeah....dad wants to "taste panties." Enough said.

So...I'm really curious about the "signatures" now.

One last thing. I thought I had misunderstood during the podcast, but I get the same impression reading the transcripts. Please correct me if I'm wrong:

• L did have the sleepover at the "Smith" house? The same place the guy with the ski mask was reported days after the murders? A_shots was communicating with her and L? That's freaking scary. Was this the same girl who was supposed to go to the bridge with L and A, but couldn't? Was she also a target?

KAK knows that his grandparents live close to that road and he offers it as a possible reason that his phone was detected in the area - but the interviewers are very clear that it's not their house that his phone was tracked to. "You went to somewhere near your grandparents' house but you did not go to your grandparents' house."

The interviewers then tell him that when KAK sat down with detectives and a federal agent after the first raid on his house, they know he lied in that first interview. He said he was with his dad all day on 2/13/17, and IF they went anywhere it possibly could have been to his grandparents' house from noon to 2 or noon to 3, then right back home. The interviewers tell him "Your phone does not link up to that." KAK then throws out a name of a person from whom he has bought weed (name redacted) and the implication is that if KAK was not at his grandparents' house, the house of this dealer is where he might have gone on 2/13/17. LE tell him that his phone connected to wifi while in the Country Club Rd. house and that it accessed while connected there. They then go into a line of questioning on why this drug dealing friend was never mentioned when they asked him about his associates in previous interviews.

My notes say that Libby was at a sleepover where a member of the Galveston family also attended and that's where Libby talked to the Anthony Shots account. I don't think it was clear that this was the exact home where the masked peeper later appeared.

The masked peeper incident definitely occurred in Galveston, Indiana at the home of a family that KAK was very familiar with and he had even lived with them off and on at one point, according to the interview. One of KAK's devices had searched for the family on the internet on 2/19/17 which was one day before the family filed a police report about the peeping. The detective in the interview states "that's what started everything else last time," I believe referring to the search warrant that was issued at KAK's Peru home.
