Okay, I'll talk about the latest Murder Sheet podcast.
Ever since KAK's affidavit was publicly published through media, one thing that troubled me was the overlapping use of more than one phone at a time. And the fact that KAK hadn't bothered to delete them.
I know KAK can't be trusted, but in the police interview replayed on the MS podcast, KAK acted surprised on the "last used" dates on two of those phones. He tried to say that he last used them much earlier. Looking at the dates those phones were first introduced, it does make his claims possible. He easily could have upgraded to the next model before then.
So I come back to how odd I found it that he would have two phones at the same time. It occurs to me that maybe it's possible when he updated to the next model, someone (ahem) from the same household where GPS registered the activity, perhaps reactivated the old phones and continued to use them...
The activity that shocked KAK (I know I know, he can't be trusted) might well have happened on his "old" phone, unbeknownst to him. IDK...just a thought.
I agree with the possibility of this being the case....however, it appears as though KAK refuses to name THAT particular person for some reason.
Since he won't, all roads lead back to KAK himself.
I mean, how does anyone PROVE that someone else took control of and used those devices?
