Okay, I'll talk about the latest Murder Sheet podcast.

Ever since KAK's affidavit was publicly published through media, one thing that troubled me was the overlapping use of more than one phone at a time. And the fact that KAK hadn't bothered to delete them.

I know KAK can't be trusted, but in the police interview replayed on the MS podcast, KAK acted surprised on the "last used" dates on two of those phones. He tried to say that he last used them much earlier. Looking at the dates those phones were first introduced, it does make his claims possible. He easily could have upgraded to the next model before then.

So I come back to how odd I found it that he would have two phones at the same time. It occurs to me that maybe it's possible when he updated to the next model, someone (ahem) from the same household where GPS registered the activity, perhaps reactivated the old phones and continued to use them...

The activity that shocked KAK (I know I know, he can't be trusted) might well have happened on his "old" phone, unbeknownst to him. IDK...just a thought.

I agree with the possibility of this being the case....however, it appears as though KAK refuses to name THAT particular person for some reason.
Since he won't, all roads lead back to KAK himself.
I mean, how does anyone PROVE that someone else took control of and used those devices?

I have an old phone I play games on. It's not 'activated' I just have it on wireless if I want to run a search or update the app while playing.

It's possible that JAK offered phone upgrades to KAK in order to have phones available (throw aways, if you will) and who wouldn't jump at a new phone?

According to the Affidavit for Probable Cause, the user of the iphone4 was not the name of Anthony_Shots. KAK may’ve used two phones at the same time to keep his fictitious identies separate. Regardless the iphone4 had not been erased and LE doesn’t seem interested in EmilyAnne45. I think KAK is clutching at straws.

“The user of the iPhone 4 portrayed themselves as emilyanne45. The user had used the “Emily Anne” identity in 201 5 on the Samsung Galaxy S4 device.”

The "emilyanne" user was also the one bringing KAK's father into the conversation with underage girls. One occurrence is listed in the affidavit, and a separate occurrence is discussed in the interview. Imo, whether we believe KAK's word or not, some of this activity looks suspicious all on its own, and does suggest LE is looking at the other occupant of that home. Jmo.

The Murder Sheet podcast just released the second part of their podcast about KAK's interview with police in 2020. They decided to release it early. This one is supposed to deal with the Delphi Murders.

It's an hour and 45 minutes long and I haven't had the chance to listen to it yet, they also said they'll be posting their redacted version of the 194 page court document soon.

Here's the link to the podcast episode: The Delphi Murders: The Kegan Kline Police Interview: Part Two

Oh wow, thanks! Just diving into the first part now.

I haven't been keeping up very well with this phone stuff. I always assumed emilyanne was KAK.

Just a couple of my random ramblings; sorry. I've been suspecting that KAK has been pushing suspicion onto his father just to show that he isn't the ONLY person who could have been using that account at the times being looked at, but he then makes sure to say that he was with his father to give them both an (admittedly very weak) alibi. It's always possible that one, or both, of them was responsible, or it's also possible that a 3rd party fits in somehow.

I also believe there is a logical reason for the way LE releases information, even if it is a bit frustrating. When most of the vague things are released, they seem to mean next to nothing to most of us without further information. If someone does have the information they're looking for, they most likely understand exactly what LE means without any kind of clarification. As annoying as it can be to many of us, LE's main concern is getting the information they need rather than keeping us in the loop and happy with their progress.

I have to say that I won't be surprised if they charge someone within a month, but I also won't be surprised of nobody is ever charged.

As a parent and a victim of abuse, I am absolutely outraged over this KAK information that is coming out:mad: SMH I can not say I am surprised by it, because from what I can tell, there have been far too many cases, for way too many years that we hear excuses as to WHY these sickos are LEFT FREE TO HURT KIDS. THIS HAS TO STOP! They knew other kids would be hurt! And yet, HERE WE ARE several years later SHAME ON ALL AUTHORITY INVOLVED in letting this 🤬🤬🤬 off the hook for how many YEARS MOOOOOOOO Dropped the ball, UNINTENTIONALLY?? NO EXCUSES

“This iPhone(4) was named “Kegan’s iPhone” and was last utilized 0n approximately November 11, 2016.”

But I can’t find anything in the affidavit that indicates when KAK started using the Apple iphone5, the one that he’d erased before turning over to police.

It's not out of the question that KAK believes his father did it and is covering for him. It was easy for him to throw his "friend 1" under the bus but go on to say his father didn't really have much access to his phone (complete lie, imo) He just can't have it both ways. SOMEONE put the CSAM on his devices.

Wow after reading that transcript, TK and/or KK are almost certainly involved in the murders JMO.

Before KAK was charged with the 30 felonies surely ISP would’ve checked the fathers work schedule to determine if both he and KAK were home at the time the incriminating online child 🤬🤬🤬🤬/solicitation activity was taking place. They had three years to investigate it before the charges were filed. I just can’t see the Miami prosector proceeding with charges if there was doubt on occupancy and access.

Why might KAK be throwing out these 11th hour allegations….the first thought that comes to mind is to create reasonable doubt for his upcoming trial.

But if there is a connection to anthony_shots and the Delphi murders it had to be on the iphone5 KAK admitted to erasing. Although if he did connect with one of the girls online, that’s not enough proof he murdered them.

I see several things have been removed from the poster re. BG including height, weight and now the 'older guy' sketch. Sorry if this has already been posted.

Now that they’ve removed nearly the entire description, are we to assume BG isn’t the killer? Because KAK and TK don’t look like BG, it seems like the edits are to allow one of them to be included in the description.

Reading everything that the police laid out to KAK in that interview transcript such as
  • Libby wanting to meet 'Anthony_shots' and being described as 'in love' with him
  • 'Anthony_shots' sending her money and talking to her and her friends the weekend before the murders
  • 'Anthony_shots' showing up in a ski mask outside the bedroom window of girl known to KAK
  • 'Anthony_shots' messaging that he was supposed to meet Libby on the day she was killed
  • KAK's alibi for him and his dad being totally taken apart from tracking his phone locations
  • KAK's search history following the murders being all about how long DNA lasts, how social media can track IPs, details about the murders including the audio and photo
  • KAK failing the polygraph question of him knowing who killed the girls
All I can say is that I am shocked that for at least the past two years LE has been bamboozled by an idiot. KAK comes off as incredibly unintelligent, 90% of what he says is "I don't know" and the other 10% is him implicating himself and his dad through lies.

I can't believe this case hasn't been solved yet after reading all that. Something must have gone either very wrong with the evidence collection at the crime scene early on or TK must have been exceptionally lucky in such a way that investigators never followed up with for years allowing him to destroy anything linking him to the murder scene.

I was waiting for that...o_O
Does that happen often? That they change the details? First height and now age? Seems odd after so long. JMO
